I haven’t been to this location in a while but stopped by today for a quick lunch for myself and child. The headset for the drive thru were done and the individual working the drive thru was coming outside to take orders in advance to expedite things fir the customers. It is freezing cold and covered in snow. If this doesn’t show how awesome kf an employer he is idk what does. His name is Terry and he is phenomenal!!! What an awesome employee!!!

Seriously the worst McDonald’s in the Belle Vernon area! My husband went down there to grab us and our kids lunch and asked for the food to be fresh. He came back and literally all the sandwiches were missing and fries were harder than a rock. He drove all the way back out there (10 minutes) for them to replace the food and they forget food again a second time. The employees are rude here as well.

This location is HORRIBLE! The employees are RUDE and they don’t wear nametags, so it makes it a challenge to complain on horrible customer service. They KNOW they are rude! On top of that – don’t order more then a meal or you are guaranteed to get parked. Don’t order a mighty kids meal if you are looking for a small fry or small drink because according to a RUDE EMPLOYEE – corporate doesn’t do it that way….they give you a kids fry and drink. It’s ridiculous! And you want a 6 piece chicken nugget – it’s a grill order – a 4 piece add 2… CRAZY! We were parked – fries were cold and the chicken nuggets – half were cold and nasty – half were good.I will NOT be going back there! They are a horrible representation of McDonald’s.

This mcdonalds is a complete joke. Recently had to complain to corporate because the workers and manager are no help whatsoever.
Completely wrong orders, I was told too bad and to leave.
The manager mailed me a coupon for 3 meals, so I basically got 1 extra since 2 of them were already missing…
I’ll drive further to go to bentleyville from now on.

I guess this is a large fry at this location. I took a survey the last time I visited McDonald’s, which was also very bad, and was supposed to get a free large fry as described on the receipt. So I decided to give McDonald’s another try. Big mistake. I ordered a fish sandwich and wanted my free large fry. She rang up a medium fry and a fish sandwich. I said the receipt had a free large fry. I got my food and looked and my large fry looked like this. What a cheat. So I took it back and asked if I could get a real large fry. And this is what I got I had to ask for my receipt probably because she knew I was mad. Honestly, I’m never going to McDonald’s ever again. I’ve have no interest in pathetic companies.

Ordered breakfast on the app ( let’s the order go through) drive 20 min here , was told the manager on duty couldn’t make it because it was after 1030. Maybe don’t let people order food on the app if your not gonna cook it. I showed up 3 minutes after 1030. Other mcodonalds in the past have honored it. There’s a reason I normally choose charleroi or the big belle vernon mcdonalds , this one is rediclous. Also was told I had to cancel order on the app just to find out it was already pending being made. Id give 0 stars if I could.
