Came to the drive-through the line was packed so I thought get fresh food. It Was 11:30 PM so I know they were closing soon. One person is the speaker when I pulled in waited about 1015 minutes and they pulled ahead. I waited I heard somebody say something about be right with you. I said OK was in line about 20 more minutes. There were people standing in line behind me in the drive-through to which a manager came out and told them they can’t serve them Without a car. They left waited about another 20 minutes. The car behind me pulled up and in front of me so I just pulled ahead. Got up to the window right before they closed the gentleman at the window didn’t say sorry I didn’t say anything just took my order to which I got my food everything was cold and old, but they had closed the drive-through by the time I got my food. I was the last one through would not recommend this to anyone.

Just awful and employees are horrible. Order my food online. Girl at the window said okay pull to the window, pull up and wait a half hour for the car in front of me and the worker to talk and laugh. Finally get to the window to get my order and she says we dont have that order. I had confirmation for my order and they took the money, but nope that wasn’t good enough. She was very rude and said I dont know what to tell you I cant do anything about it. She asked if I was at the right one so I gave her the address, she didn’t know it and had to look it up. Told me she dont have the order and “call the app”… HOW? Any McDonald’s I have ever been to apologizes and with confirmation will get you your order… Not this one. Just absolutely horrible service and horrible staff.

Have been holding off on doing a review, as a few of the employees try very hard to do their job correctly, but the incompetence of getting your correct order is very frustrating. Ordered a Spicy chicken deluxe and received a spicy chicken with nothing but sauce and chicken with the bun. The line was long, which the team managed through very well, but after being directed to park in a reserved spot for my order, would expect it to be accurate. This location really needs a few more good employees to support those who are trying to do their job well. This is probably the 4th time in 3 months incorrect food was received.

The atmosphere was great for a lunch with my daughter. They were updating the heating system inside and it still was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and courteous. My daughter even placed her order and the cashier was super cheerful and lovely. The lighting system is so neat and unique inside this McDonald’s. Very welcoming. The food was delicious and freshly made. We had the double cheeseburgers and she got a happy meal. One of the best mcdoubles I have had in a bit. I recommend every once in a while stopping and sitting down inside this McDonald’s and enjoy your meal. The staff are great. The atmosphere is calming and you can genuinely enjoy your food inside.

I just went through the drive-thru to get a cup of coffee. The girl who took my money was an idiot and rude. And she gave me $3 in quarters for my change instead of going to get ones. My coffee was cold and old. It was awful. I threw it out. If I hadn’t been back on the freeway by the time I tasted it I would have taken it back

went in restaurants and stood by counter for 15 minutes. manager came up to register, did the say a word and then walked away. I called to her and was ignored. I saw a young man and yelled to him and about 5 minutes later he came and took order which was only a milkshake and iced tea. another 10 minute wait. will ever come into this restaurant again. replace that manager!
