I LOVED this burger, no reason to value my opinion but I wish I lived closer to this place. Hands down the best burger I’ve had in at least a decade. Everything is A la Carte and I wish the cook seasoned the fries as they exited the fryer cuz salt doesn’t stick afterwards. However, still so impressed with the burger I wonder why anyone would go to Bate’s? Tradition maybe, but Bigg’s is better by a degree of magnitude.

My initial visit about 8 years ago to Big Burger was somewhat disappointing Yesterday my mom really wanted Big Burger for dinner, so it was time to revisit Big Burger and give it another try. The place was packed and the to-go line was around the building, this was a very positive sign! The girls behind the counter we’re super nice and very helpful with my elderly mom and her hearing problems My mom ordered the burger and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and we split an order of fries. My mom’s burger looked amazing and she enjoyed it, and my Philly cheese steak was jam-packed with fresh steak that was not chewy and cooked perfectly!! The fries were very crispy and not oily and the fryer oil was obviously changed that morning .
Overall a great experience, unfortunately the dining area really needed to be cleaned… But that just may have been a timing thing.
Definitely a much better dining experience than my last visit years ago! Keep up the good work everyone and thank you for the great meal

Been a few times now and my new favorite burger spot!
I’ve had the burgers and chicken sandwich and I gotta say I’m impressed. The ingredients taste fresh and look just as good. Burgers can be as simple or as complex as you like and can come with 15+ toppings including pineapple. The chicken sandwich was coated then cooked to order NOT PREBREADED FROZEN. Fresh cut fries and a coke topped it all off.
The inside is very well kept. Tables and floors very clean. Viewing area of the cooking area seems very well tended as well.
The staff is also great nobody stops working and is always looking out for the customer. Overall just a great place.

Ain’t gonna lie; this place was simple as ABC! Clean, friendly staff and simple menu. Prices were ok, food was really good! Burgers had a classic, fresh and flavorful hit to the mouth. Fries were really good, came out crispy which was great for me! Imma come back for sure!

My friend recommended this Bigg burger to me and wow! Don’t take this fast food place for granted! The burger customization options are endless and free apart from the bacon, and fried egg I added. The burger was amazing! The fries were nice and crispy just how I like them! Their combo menu is straight to the point, how many patties do you want, 1, 2, or 3! The restaurant itself was super clean! Definitely recommend this place

Great stuff – much different than the neighboring shake shack, but WAY cheaper. Out of principle, I’d pick this spot over shake shack. Only downside is they take a long time to make your food (15 mins for burgers and fries), but it always tastes fresh so it’s a wash imo
