They were once closed at 10am and they had one door open but the other closed which makes no sense. I had to come in and be told they were closed and couldn’t take orders. On top of that, i ordered delivery once and the fries were not fresh at all. Nuggets were good though but my drink wasn’t even filled either. (Not even close to being all the way filled, it looked as if someone drunk some of it already). I ordered breakfast one time and they were quick but I didn’t eat my sandwich because the egg looked as if it wasn’t fresh. They can improve a lot fr. The hashbrown i had that time was good though. It was fresh.

Came through the drive through a day ago for a mobile order, lady at window was very unprofessional and being rude when letting me know there was no iced tea all she said was “we’re out of iced tea” looking down at her phone didn’t even ask me what I’d like instead.!? Even decided to take a order while I was waiting at the window and started saying stuff like “on my dead homies” speaking about the person at the speaker saying she can’t wait for them to pull around. Honestly morning crew is pretty good, night crew… Don’t even bother. One more thing, there is no need to scream into your microphone when taking a order.

Prepaid for a mobile order as I was driving to this location. As I got to the driver window, someone came on and said they were closed until the afternoon and couldn’t honor my order. No explanation or apology.
I asked about my mobile order and how it would be refunded. They had no idea and said it should just somehow cancel since they won’t process it through. I drive around the front of the store and can see employees standing around and customers waiting at the front register. Why allow me to put a mobile order drive there if they were closed?! Again, no explanation, apology or reassurance that my credit card would be refunded.
I did submit a complaint through the link that they will tell you. After seeing all of recenr 1 star reviews lately, I believe this place needs some serious help.

The food choices can be lacking when wanting to be on the safe side of carbs and heavy foods when thriving for an active life. Love to get food and sit for warmth on cold days by the bus stop. Lovely people and welcoming in a quiet and laid back way.

Customer Service has been getting better throughout the years. This location is very convenient for my family and we love it here.
Food is always fresh and prepared in a timely manner.
UPDATE:As of today 2/23/19 you all definitely deserve that 5 star.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered 45 dollars with of stuff and they missed half the items. They do this EVERYTIME. They always miss something. They won’t even refund me because I have to bend over backwards to get information I don’t have access too. Not to mention they swapped my burger with an item I’m not even familiar with

This place is a Dumpster fire!!!
I stop at this “restaurant” every Thursday evening on my way home. Last night, their drive through was down (again) so I went inside to order. That was a mistake. The entire place was a dump. Garbage at the tables, dirty floors, drink station was a mess. There were at least 20 people in the kitchen. I’m not sure if they were all employees because only 2 of them had any kind of uniform on and only a couple people were actually working. After placing my order, I waited for 15 minutes despite only a couple customers in the restaurant (and I know they didn’t have any drive through traffic). During that time I heard yelling and lots of foul language coming from the kitchen. At one point there was an employee fight. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I’ve known for a long time that this location is terrible but until I went inside, I had no idea how bad. If I were the GM, I would be horribly embarrassed. I will be finding a new place to grab my food on Thursdays.

I can’t believe you would serve those fries to people. No pickles on any of the burgers. The only bright spot was the lady that took my order through the drive thru. The curly blonde hair person that hand me the order got an attitude when I asked for a drink tray and didn’t even turn around to hand it to me just stuck their hand out of the window. No pickles on my Big Mac. The fries were very hard, stale and cold. They were definitely sitting there for a while. When handed my food the person didn’t say anything and just walked away to play on their phone some more. They also had their ear buds in not even paying attention to what anyone says.

This place continues to disappoint me every time I come here. Never get the order right. Have to turn around multiple times to get it correct. Always mess up the sauce when you order side of Big Mac sauce it never gets put in the bag and then have to come back around for it
