I have been going here for years but this location has been getting worse. Biggest annoyance is they will forget your sauce for the nuggets over half the time. The food is rarely ever fresh, and always put together more sloppy which is whatever because it’s McDonald’s. But compared to other locations and what it was, it’s just worse.

I came here Wednesday July 19th at 5:50 and just left at 6:24 for ONE frappe. This is the 2nd time I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a frappe. I asked the female manager after waiting 20 minutes “where is my frappe?” and she said “i don’t know?” And continued filling other orders. So I waited another 12 minutes and finally was given the frappe from the cashier. There was no one in line ahead of me and she took 4 orders after mine, no one made the frappe. I think the manager handled this extremely poorly. This isn’t the first time she’s handled a situation like this since this is a reoccurring issue. Her remarks are always snarky.

Literally every time I go to this location they screw up the order…no pickles please, there’s always pickles. Today they gave me a cheeseburger THAT DIDNT HAVE MEAT ON IT. I shouldn’t have to go through every item in my bag before I pull out to make sure my cheeseburger HAS A BURGER or my McNuggets come with the sauce etc etc.

Went to McDonald’s on Monroe Ave today. Ordered on the app and picked up. Pickup line was 25-30 minutes in the drive through. I got to each window and no one knew what to do, no one knew what my order was. They needed to get a manager for me to tell the order to who then picked up the items already sitting there cold. They were polite and the order was correct, but the wait was astronomical when I’d already paid for the items and they were clueless. Won’t be back to that address. Oh, and coffee was spilled on my soda top and handed to me that way.
