The grinch meal!! Super cute, grinch salt yummy and the socks make’s it even better!
I requested food cooked to order. Which it didn’t state that on my receipt, but that was ok because everything was fresh! My daughter was very pleased with her meal, even my food was fresh (it wasn’t the grinch meal tho) lol.
Overall this location gets a 10/10 for service.There was hardly any wait time going drive thru and they had friendly employees on that day!

Ordered 10 nuggets and only got 7, large fry was only half full and stale. Food was cold and service was slow even though there was nobody in line. Another time I came through the drive-thru nobody took my order and I left after 10 minutes. This McDonald’s continues to be a disappointment, the few times I come here I try to give the benefit of the doubt but any time I come by day or night even the most basic orders are messed up. Staff is very polite when they are around but unfortunately I was on break from work and unable to come back to get my order fixed

I love McDonald’s especially their fries but I am now hesitant on going back. I went there with my friend a few weeks ago and I ordered a burger it took a very long time to get our food maybe 20 minutes which is a lot since we didn’t get much and its fast food then my burger was cold so I nicely asked them to reheat it I said please and thank you. It took maybe 5 minutes to get my burger back and it looked disgusting the cheese was completely fried and just very gross at first I thought they made me a fried chicken sandwich. Im not sure what made them think it was ok to give me that burger as it looked awful. Other than that I enjoy eating here it just takes a while to get your food.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s to go to period. The service is terrible . The staff just dont care … I waited at the counter this am for 15 minutes along with 4 other people while they ignored the front counter to focus on drive thru . The young lady with red hair who im assuming was manager walked by all of us 3 different times and didnt stop to take a single order or even acknowledge we were there at all . I understand your busy but if you cannot perform the most basic of your job duties how are you a manager. Sad I will not be returning to this location

The service was very good. We were able to order at the counter instead of using the frustrating screens. The workers were very friendly.
The food was very hot and tasted as it should.
The place itself is clean, however, very sparsly decorated, and many of the tables still had the chairs up on the table, so you couldn’t sit at them. They gave us our food to eat in the restaurant in bags, not on trays. It was also freezing in the restaurant.

Stood in drive thru speaker for 7 minutes. No one answered to take my order this morning. When up to the windows where no employee activity was seen waiting for an additional 10 mins. Called the store directly with no answer. I had to cancel my mobile order.
The store was not closed.

EDIT (12/31/25) to post response: I have contacted McDonalds over 5x (Case # 34779247 filed 12/3/25) and am told that their Customer Service Team would contact me back…BS…I have even put in a claim with the Better Business Bureau and my bank – to which McDonalds has no responded. I would like my money returned!!!!
Lame. They push mobile orders, but cant even get the order right. This location has their number disconnect on you after one ring. I was missing 3 items total. Cant even get a refund for the missing items without McDonalds “Management” calling me back.

I had a strange experience at this McDonald’s and I think it’s important to post about. Last weekend I went through the drive thru at this McDonald’s location while running errands, and paid $8.70 for a meal.
At the same time as I placed my McDonald’s order, I got Squarespace email receipt from a business called “Jay’s Bakehouse” for exactly $8.70, plus a 3 dollar tip. On my bank statement, I am charged twice at the same time – $8.70 at McDonald’s and $8.70 at “Jay’s Bakehouse.”
I can find no evidence of a business called Jay’s Bakehouse online – not in the Buffalo area or anywhere. There is no address on the receipt. The phone number on the receipt does not have an attached business when googled – I did not and will not call that phone number.
Please be cautious at this McDonald’s. I would not go back and would not recommend anyone use a card. Check your bank statements and emails, especially if you used the drive thru on Saturday 01/31. Thanks.

Family of five ordered five full breakfast, $70, which we expected. We received spoons in our bag to eat inside. Went up to get forks, and we were told we don’t have any Forks in the store. It’s difficult to eat pancakes sausage patties Etc with a spoon! The manager said she did it . Very abrupt manager (Kiesha) was walking around eating a hash brown while answering questions posed by customers at the counter, and had her phone in one hand while working the entire time we were there. It’s 11:00 on a Sunday morning and almost all the chairs were up on the tables. Also, restroom was dirty.We will not be returning to this store ever.
