Took at least three times to explain what a plain hamburger is…… the meat & the roll. If I wanted cheese or anything else, I’d ask for it.
Apparently the $15 or $20 an hour minimum wage doesn’t make a difference. I even ordered it as a “ham plain” and it still comes out with cheese 99% of the time.
Don’t bother with the automated response asking me to call an 800 number, I’ve run into this same issue at damn near any McDeath I’ve ever visited.

Wanted to stop for food because I had been driving literally for over 16 hours straight, first for work then to give 2 kids a ride home that were stranded an hour a way in the far southern tier, thought my life was over a handful of times due to the snow and roads and stopped in springville first but their McDonald’s was closed so I was thankful for this location to be open and still serving dinner food. Upon arrival, no line which was perfect and I had a quick and good experience minus the first worker I encountered who happened to be the order taker, lol all I’m going to say is she did not seem to be happy in the slightest bit and it showed and was felt, however all the other staff were great and friendly so overall I didn’t have any problems, had I only encountered the first employee this review would be very different.

Great prompt service 2/16/2026 11pm, only issue is the fountain sodas tastes horrible which is due to not cleaning regularly the fountain nossels. The longer they aren’t cleaned the more bitter the sodas tastes. I’ll swing by again in a week to see if this was done by ordering a soda. If I get the same bitter taste I’ll have to go up the line. But I’m sure y’all will take care of this issue. I’m a retired RGM & had ours done every 24 hours. What a difference it makes 🙂

Why do you put the just miserable person in the drive through? When I say thank you I don’t expect a dirty look from some unhappy kid. My money is important and it just makes me want to spend it elsewhere. Btw. I was there today January 17 2026 at 4:18 pm. She will remember because I told her she was miserable.

Just left there not long ago, at 9:59pm. My girl Ordered her food including a triple cheeseburger which was repeated back to her as a TRIPLE cheeseburger. We get to the window after waiting for twenty damn minutes in the drive thru and were given a regular cheeseburger. The chubby and rude white woman manager, or shift supervisor, whatever she is, told her she had to drive back around and reorder the triple cheeseburger that she ordered correctly in the first place. That woman was downright rude and nasty, and threatened us to call the cops if we didn’t leave the drive thru when her crew made the mistake. We will DEFINITELY be calling corporate in the morning. That is not how you treat people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed a late night/early morning order. Three sandwiches were missing. Also if I’m paying for lettuce to be added, I expect lettuce to be added. Waited in a line that was wrapped around the building a 2nd time only to get an attitude from the associate like I was the one that messed up the order. Got home to find the sandwiches were very sloppily made (mayo hanging off edge of bun but mostly on the wrapper), their pop tanks needed to be changed as their pop had only a hint of flavor, and our food was ice cold. Tried calling the restaurant several times, but nobody answered so I will be calling corporate office tomorrow.

This location never EVER EVER puts dehydrated onions on the cheeseburgers. I don’t understand why other than they are too lazy to make them which takes a whole 30 seconds to do so, but I really wish they cared more. A little attention to detail goes a long way.

so I ordered McDonald’s from this place. I ordered a McChicken.a mc spicy a medium fry. Lemonade and a mango smoothie when I get my order, there’s no ice in my drink. They fill it up halfway and it taste like they put water into a cup and squeezed the lemon into it. They forgot my straws and overall, this was a terrible experience

The lady that works here Ashley. Is SO rude and unprofessional. I can’t even believe she is allowed to still be there. I talked to the manager about her and he said that she got in trouble for swearing in front of customers and didn’t get fired. When we ordered at the drive through window we asked for the 5 dollar meal and we got 2 and she said “of course you get another one” she was EXTREMELY rude. FIRE HER!!!!

Each time the drive-thru is always taking 15 minutes to get to the window and the entire place is staffed with people who don’t know how to properly place any condiments or make anything I’m eating look appetizing. The pop machines always are the funkiest tasting sodas I’ve ever had tasted.
