It never fails honestly. Sometimes I feel like half of these employees doesn’t know how to read. Like it NEVER FAILS. It’s not the first nor the second nor the third. I dont like anything else in there menu . I honestly hate McDonald if I’m being honest . The only thing I like from this are the McGriddle!!! And somehow these people Always get it wrong. I am so sick of dealing with this McDonald’s on William street. You have to check your order before you even pull off to make sure that the order is correct. I just left there and I gave her my app code and use 3000 points to get some free fries they took the points off. But I didn’t get the fries. I was told by the manager. Is the fried app was never applied? Whose fault is that? It’s not mines I’m so sick of this McDonald’s. I wish they put another fast food Restaurant in this area

They gave me this Double Quarter Pounder with raw meat, and the bottom of the box was SOAKED with grease. I’m legit not buying or eating at McDonald’s anymore going forward. And I doubt this William Street location stays open for another year before it’s the last place to go out of business in that plaza.

The food was so bad, it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while, maybe even a day, really terrible. They don’t take the time to prepare it properly. It’s so unpleasant to buy something you’re going to eat and then find out that everything is bad.

My food was pretty good!! However, the food took like… maybe 22-26 minutes maybe a little bit less, like 19-24. I also think there was a LOT of lettuce on my burger, which I believe I said light lettuce. I also noticed the cashier at the counter said, “you guys have to start using the kiosk” which I don’t think is convenient because some other customers want to order up at the counter. They also weren’t taking dine-in orders which I do not know the reason of.

Can’t follow an order if it killed them. Tag says extra onion, not an onion anywhere near the burger. No straws. No sauces for 14 nuggets. Large fries were barely filled to a medium size. Absolutely horrible.

Awful, They claim to be open till 11pm, lies, I have attempted to go there numerous times before 11 and although the lights are all on, a nasty person screams at you in the speaker that they are closed. Turn the lights off then! Plus no need to be nasty. Such rude staff.

There is clearly a difference between the morning staff and the night staff. Morning staff I really have issues night staff I always have issues either. They don’t have the food that I ordered through the mobile app or they’re only accepting Uber eats and DoorDash after I’ve already made my order through the app for pick up. IF Y’ALL CAN’T SERVE EVERYONE CLOSE YOUR LOCATION ON THE APP OR IF YOU DON’T HAVE ITEMS THAT’S ON THE MENU BLOCK THEM OUT SO YOU DON’T HAVE ISSUES WITH CUSTOMERS
