This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I understand they are shirt staffed but that’s no reason to be rude to customers. While there I witnessed a woman’s tray that was stacked so high when she grabbed it and turned around her large fry fell off. When she asked for a replacement they told her the manager told them to tell the woman they don’t have to give her another one. They also told me they aren’t taking cash counter service and only drive thru and kiosk but the kiosk only takes card. When the woman mentioned they forgot her sandwich they slammed it on the counter. I was able to get some video recording of some but this mcdonalds is the worst I have ever been to.

I go to this location almost every evening after work, I get basically the same thing every night…tonight I ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, there was no lettuce on the sandwich, and a ridiculous amount of mayo that was slopped all over the place….who makes a sandwich like this and thinks to themself “yea, this looks good”?

Customer service sucks, asked for fries no salt which you would think the fries would be hotter than heck. Nope they weren’t. Got 2 cheese burgers asked for no pickels only got ketchup and mustard. Have a friend in my vehicle who used to be a manager for McDonald’s at a different location. She got chicken nuggets only not to get her sauce to go with them. She said that the service here is worse than Salamanca. Get told we are short staffed. Ok I work in customer service, and we are short staffed, but we still put a smile on our faces to greet every customer that walks through our doors. I will NEVER stop here again.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I’ve never experienced such disrespect, the front window employee threw our food at us, and yelled at us because we had to wait 16 mintutes for two things to cook, and he wouldn’t give us the rest of our food that was cooked. He was going to let a cheeseburger and a mcchicken sit in a bag for 16 minutes while we waited for a crispy chicken and a pie, and when he threw the bag at us we just went back around to get our money back for the things we were going to wait for and i asked the manager, and he said i don’t know i have nothing to do with what he does, and i said you were standing right behind him, and the manager sighed, and then just gave us the refund.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I went through the drive through and ordered a medium coffee with cream. When the staff member handed me the drink, it seemed really small and I asked if this was actually a medium. She insisted that it was and I figured there was a change in the cups. After leaving, I noticed that the cup had “SMALL” printed on the bottom. To top it off, the coffee had no cream in it. It’s one thing to make a mistake, it’s another to lie about it.

So after 20 or so minutes of me waiting for my delicious cheese burger that I ordered, I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of burger. If I wanted a cheese, I would have asked for a cheese. I wish I could have forgot to give you the money I spent on the cheese burger you forgot to put burger on.
