I remember waiting a whole year for them to open. Some things get better with age. Fast food isn’t one of them. I gotta give due respect. I personally couldn’t render better service under their current conditions . You have member the team who go the extra mile and then you get those who barely make a reasonable effort. A sense of pride and love for the job are two important ingredients that can enable you to get a well deserved review. Correct taking of the order and correct and timely delivery couldn’t matter more anywhere else as much as they do in the fast food business. Some people really care about how the customer service works and other’s care about petty things that aren’t directly related to their own performance and they don’t get the best results. McDonald’s today is lacking what made them great. Too reliant on technologies. I refuse to install the McDonald’s application because of Google and not because of McDonalds. The rating was based on my McDonalds experience. As things change so will this review. I am personally thankful for Ronald McDonald’s charities. This review will be updated when McDonald’s Sidney comes up for review in one year from today!

I was there at 830 on the 22 of July. Wanted only mayo on my burger and got everything was charged for the extra mayo. Your employees obviously do not pay attention. Not the first time you messes up someone’s order. Crew gets paid good money to make burgers. Sick of wasting money. You should just let burger King take over.

Just waited 10 mins at the drive through, no one was replying. Drove up to the window and was noticed a moment or two later by the two employees. Neither one came to the window and helped me so i drove off hungry after a long night at work. I dont leave reviews but this locatiom and those who work and operate it so consistantly screw up orders on my limited 30 min lunch break that ive wasted over 100 bucks on food that was messed up. Finally had enough. Mcdobald’s isnt good to begin with but the Sidney location is the worst one ive ever been to.

My brother and I pulled in late at night and our food was hot and came out quickly through the drive up window. And this McDonald’s had hot apple pies late at night where most that I’ve been to won’t have pies late at night.

The food always nasty never fresh sad when we go right at lunch in it all cold raw in taste like been sitting for years all the money I wasted there save ur money even my kids say it’s nasty n they love mcdonalds sad when you have to drive to Delhi/ walton or oneonta to get fresh food at all times no matter what… they have all these workers there n our food taste like it came out the trashcan..

They did not give any of our 3 children thier choc. milks, or anything to drink! We were already on our way to a park to play and didn’t realize it. VERY INCONVENIENT AND A BIG PROBLEM ON A HOT DAY!

Maybe make your burgers well enough that we can eat them. Very disappointed that I open the box to find my burger with mayo dripping all the way out the sides and a dissolved bun in pieces
