I arrived at 11:05 am. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes before someone took my order. I ordered a big Mac meal medium and a 4 piece nuggets. Three different orders were completed before mine. Not including drive thrue. I finally got out with my to go order at 11:35 !!! I’ve had other bad experiences at other McDonald’s but this one put me over the edge. No more! I’ll stick with B.K. or Wendy’s

It’s next to impossible to get an iced coffee made correctly at this location. I ordered sugar free French vanilla through the app – last 3 times (at least!) it’s not got anything but cream in it- or worse it’s a caramel iced coffee (nothing sugar free about that).

I was served two cheeseburgers that were completely flattened like pancakes. I’ve never seen anything like it. The girls working the counter were rude and insisted that this is just how cheeseburgers are. Ultimately, they brought me two new cheeseburgers that were just as crushed as the first two. Something is really wrong at this franchise.

Alarms going off & the “manager” is more worried about her phone. We’ve been waiting for around 10 minutes for chicken nuggets & a quarter pounder. There’s at least 6 people in the kitchen, half of them are just standing around.
There weren’t many customers. One group before us & they were missing items from their order. 2 cars waiting in the drive-through when we left.
We checked our bag & I got attitude from the manager when I asked for my sauces.

Fries were cold and dry again. McDonald’s needs to improve there quality. 4 plus dollars thrown in the garbage.
Last visit same this time. Fries dry and hard. Returned them for fresh and they were over cooked. Won’t stop there again.

On 4/18 of this year I went to this location to get some cookies for my boyfriends birthday. There was a bit of a wait for the drive thru, but we didn’t mind. The employee at the drive thru and register was very nice and asked us to wait ahead for the cookies, and we again didn’t mind. I looked around in the store through the windows and saw no one else but that employee. When they came to give me the cookies I asked if they were a little short staffed and they answered “yep, only me and one other employee, thank you for your patience”. Incredible service in a time of short staffed businesses all around. Thanks for making cookies for us even when so busy 🙂
