been going to this mcdonald’s my whole life, and just recently received a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup smiley faces on both burgers !! 🙂 how adorable! rarely have i ever gotten a bad order from this specific location! just has always generally been a reliable location for a cheap hot meal in my area. i’m trying to remember the last time they got my food wrong, and it’s been quite a few years since that’s happened.
and to whoever put the condiment smileys on my burger, you deserve a raise 😀 that was so cute it made my day (i discovered them when taking off the pickles i asked for)

Always something wrong with orders, forgetting something. But I get it. It’s hard to read an order receipt and place the correct items in the bag. As the saying goes, they always mess you up at the drive-thru.

Went to drive thru around 8pm. Only 1 other car there. Drive thru attendant was rude and not welcoming at all. Then told us to pull up to window 1 knowing it was closed and then laughed about it when we pulled up to the 2nd window. Handed our drinks out and the frappe caramel was all over the side because as excited as he was to work tonight hes obviously lazy too. When we got our food the burger was put in the bag sideways and the 2 medium fries were very obviously just dumped in the bag. The only good thing I can say about this 5 minute experience is that it was only a 5 minute experience. That guy needs to find another job or just stay inside, hes obviously not cut out for the service industry, he should also be told to grow up some if he intends to keep any job in his foreseeable future.

Got the fish meal and could not even eat tasted extremely weird.
They were extremely slammed so I understand they did everything they could at the timely fashion that was given to them
The atmosphere everything seems sticky they were out of large covers for the drinks I had to go and ask if they had ones back there.
They’re also was rubbish on the ground.

As you can tell, I ordered two (2) Sausage McMuffin WITH egg!! Neither one had egg and I paid for egg!! Who goofed up the order?? One of the female managers!! Obviously she’s not good at her job!! PAY ATTENTION to each order for accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness!! She never even apologized for HER mistake! She just said “Don’t worry about it!”. Who said I was “worried???”. How about saying “I’m sorry for the mistake sir! I’ll give you a free cookie or apple pie!”. TERRIBLE customer service for someone who SHOULD know better!!!”. I’m being generous by giving TWO stars! At least the Coca-cola was good!!

Grossest dirtiest McDonald’s have been in.. not even busy and not cleaning a thing garbage all over the floor and gross nasty tables no sweet tea in container even after telling manager she didn’t fill it. She filled my cup and placed it on counter with not speaking one word… The girl that bright our food to table didn’t bring our cups and when we asked her she walked away and came back and put them them down didn’t say ok. Thank you or enjoy nothing .. while eating had 3 people come in from drive in bc their order was wrong .. the entire staff were miserable and rude and the environment was nasty !! Husbands double was burnt and super dry

I placed an on line order for a coke and a frappe. Very simple. One would think. So after getting to the windows and sitting for 8 minutes my husband and I were told that they could not give me my espresso that was in my order. That is 3.00 itself. So my husband asked if we could be compensated for the espresso and they said no. And then continued to say they wouldn’t give us a cheeseburger that costs more. I looked on my receipt and a double cheeseburger is 2.89. Which isn’t more than the espresso. I know this might sound pretty but also a few weeks ago we received raw cheeseburgers. We are regulated. If this store really values their customers they will get the night crew under control. Sorry to have to write this. But they did however give is a cheeseburger. Not even a double!!!!!

It’s a McDonalds if you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. It’s become even more horrible as the term fast food doesn’t really seem to apply anymore. I literally watched my order get pushed back for three DoorDash orders. That’s why DoorDash prices are through the roof. My order was screwed up and all I got was more waiting time with a half hearted apology. Let’s not forget it’s probably some of the most unhealthiest food products on the planet. I rarely go.
