In the midst of being on the go and starving! Decided to stop and landed me sick for days! Food poisoning! I called and spoke with a manager. Was told to come in for a replacement lol. No more fast food for me. They play in this restaurant entirely to much and can’t focus on getting the orders right. This burger pic says it all! I wish there were lower ratings to give, but this will do!

Bathrooms were a mess, the floor was sticky and slippery
Had a mobile order that was not ready. The manager was extremely rude when calling name as lobby was full of 8 kids and she was back behind the corner. I stepped out to actually be able to see her in the back and say “yes” she goes “I called your name twice” I said well I couldn’t hear you then walks away mumbling under her breathe. Then proceeded to not provide my drink until after I let the counter. Food was cold for how long I was standing there and drink wasn’t even full and tasted like watered down tea

Wish I could give the service negative stars. We ordered breakfast on Christmas. Yes I’m aware some stores are closed but google said they were open and the app let us make an order and took our money. Now it’s been well over a month and we still haven’t gotten our refund or even a replacement meal. We just finally got a call yesterday that they cannot refund us due to it being too long for us to get ahold of them. Mind you we called customer service the next day and spoke with the store not long after. They are basically trying to steal our money at this point. Then we were told by a Mrs. Davis that she would write a note for us to get a replacement meal whenever we’d like because, like I said, we couldn’t be refunded now. Well, my boyfriend went to the store tonight to get his replacement meal (a meal of the same value) and was denied. Then he asked when we could come into the store to get it and was told he couldn’t get a schedule. We just wanted our money back and now we just want our food. It’s been well over a month and nothing, no quality service or consideration. I’m absolutely appalled by how this store handles customers. Maybe a different interaction will change my mind but for now I’m just very disappointed in how all of this was handled. :,(

This place is crazy. Its cold inside no heat at all. Smelled like pee. The bathroom was a mess. I put my order in and 5 others order after me and left before I got my food. My fries had hair in them. The workers were arguing about what job someone could not finish and who was going to finish it. I do not recommend this place at all… go to a different restaurant!!!

Not to start this review aggressively, but I’m pretty sure that nobody at this location can count. I ordered through Uber eats 4 pumpkin creme pies. Only two pies came and there was nobody who reached out to me from the McDonalds regarding the change. The bag was sealed upon arrival so no, the driver didn’t take anything. I’ve noticed when you order past 7pm, workers tend to just not bother making certain items or slack off. I’m paying for the food beforehand. Regardless of whether you don’t feel like making it or not, I would gladly have taken a substitution of someone would have reached out to me. This is ridiculous and I hope a manger sees this review and contact me. I’ve had this happen twice within the past two days and no Uber Eats may think I am trying to scam the restaurant because of my reports. Don’t order from here past 7pm apparently.

Ordered from here moving fast because I have a lot to do and half my families order was wrong. Missing nuggets, a quarter pounder that was supposed to have no pickles and added bacon with the exact opposite, and wrong meals. Didnt even realize till I was already gone and way away. Definitely not the greatest mcdonalds in the area.

Never go here. At least the drive in. You will get stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes for no one to take your order.

I like this McDonalds they serve good and hot food and coffee, but i wonder are you guys actually open 24/7 now? Google says you are, but every time I go there early morning like 5-6am there are employees inside but they never take my order. Always something is wrong like “systems are down”. And I get that, I used to work at fast food restaurants so I understand sometimes the ordering systems don’t work properly but it’s like every time I go there in the morning it’s down and they can’t take orders. I work early so I want to get breakfast and this is the only place near my house or on the way to work that’s open except for gas stations. If yall are actually open 24/7 like Google says and I can get breakfast there in the early morning like Google says it should I’ll give 5 stars or if yall aren’t open that’s cool too but update Google so they know and I’ll give 5 stars for that too, I just don’t like stopping there and getting told I can’t place an order because the system is not working and even when I try placing online it says the location is not open. Thanks for the good food though I always have a good experience when they are open haha

We have never been here before we were up visiting someone in the hospital we stopped here before we went up we ordered on the app and did curbside the ordering went good and their was plenty of parking the food was good we had breakfast we had sausage and cheese muffins with sofa and coffee like I said the whole experience was good just took like 25 minutes to get our 5 minute food it was a very long wait ✋️

You don’t believe this place. It’s amazing. They have food and drinks. They even have something that is kinda like a food and a drink at the same time. They call it ice cream. The children were crazy.
