Slowest drive through possible. They purposely dont take new orders to make their times look better and also tell you to move forward so they can make other orders in the meantime, again, just to make their drive through times look fast. Ridiculous.
As you can see nobody is even at the windows, they just have everybody wait before you place the order.

Waited 48 mins in drive thru for our mobile order. Workers just taken their sweet time n not very polite or not even apologizing for the long wait. Got home n sandwich was not what was ordered and all the food was ice cold n burgers were hard as a rock. This is not the 1st time the service was this slow. Do better is all I ask its not that hard.

I placed an order in the app at 10:00pm and arrived at 10:15pm. The latest info says they close at 11:00pm. Upon arrival I noticed a car pulling away from the drive through without stopping at the window for payment or food. Although I could see the employees inside conversating they offered no service. After a few minutes I left and tried for a few hours to get my money back. The app is unfriendly when trying to get money back for no service. After 4 days they wrote me and said the complaint was closed. No sorry or explanation , no coupon, just closed. I checked my cash app card and they canceled the charge for food. What’s happening to society? We as customers are down graded to dollar signs. Now when the restaurant closes they’ll have some sob story on how the economy ruined them. We’ll know it’s not just the poorly performing employee but the poor customer service from management that should know better.

I would give 0 if I could. Ordered curbside and arrived at 2:41pm, came inside twice and finally got my order at 3:25pm. It’s so ridiculous, and what’s more ridiculous is they missed one burger and one fries

every time i have come here the wait for two cars at the drive through is 30 minutes for fast food. this last time (which will be my last time ever coming to this location) i waited 30 minutes for my one mcflurry to be made and the car in front of me which was the only car there waited even longer for their food. i am extremely angry and the staff did not even seem to care

06/16/2025 – This review is not meant to be a blemish on the am team members or the other pm team members, but the drive-thru staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. They are always in the middle of conversations amongst themselves and treat the customer like we are disturbing them. They don’t even look at the customer because they are too busy talking. This evening, their entire conversations could be heard over the drive-thru speaker. Very poor first impression to have these individuals in the drive thru as the initial poi t of contact for this business.

Excellent service from the staff at this restaurant. The female employee at the drive-thru window in the morning always has a smile and a kind word to start the day. The evening drive-thru staff needs improvement on their customer service skills and wait times.

I try to give this place a bit of grace because I know fast food can be stressful at times, but I think I’ve reached my breaking point with this specific location. The service is ALWAYS extremely slow, today broke a new record of waiting 40 minutes to get my food after it had been paid for, the employees are constantly on their phones or having conversations/smoke breaks in the back, also smoking right next to where people are ordering their food? Gross and nasty, no one wants to smell that. The entire team consists of extremely rude young adults (if that’s what you want to call them) and disinterested middle age employees. I think the only reason this location hasn’t been closed is that it’s the only McDonald’s within 10 minutes of where they are on the boulevard. Serious need of restructuring and possibly a change of employees, no restaurant with a drive through should be taking 1 order at a time, and I don’t mean just over the intercom, I literally mean I had to sit at the order screen with only 1 person in-front of me, wait til they paid, got their food, and LEFT that someone FINALLY took my order.
