Horrible experience. Stopped for lunch and waited 25 minutes for my order. They were also out of ice in the fountain area and also out of lids as well. Also the kiosk printed out a blank receipt. Just affirms my not ever visiting any McDonald’s again. This is a consistent pattern at all McDonald’s I’ve gone to over the last few months.

I was disappointed because the shake machine was down after displaying that you could order the shamrock shake and there was very little ice in my drink then the fries were soggy lastly after asking for extra pickles on the burger there was none.

Went through drive thru for today. Ordered 2 different kids meals, 1 actually was close to right, the other royaly messed up. Also ordered 3 different medium meals. 2 were all accurate, mine was all sorts of messed up. I ordered the snack wrap meal with 1 of each wrap. Got home and neither 1 had anything but chicken and lettuce, NO sauce. When I called the lady that answered didn’t give a name, so I asked how do you expect people to give good feed back when you don’t make the food the right way. She accused me of being rude and condescending and then said I’m hanging up. YES I said a few choice words as she didn’t even ask what the problem was.
This is beyond ridiculous if the order taker can’t listen to the orders properly then retrain them.
If people making the food can’t read or follow directions, retrain them.
Get better management and MAYBE, just maybe employees would do there jobs.

Went there last night and our sandwiches were so greasy, my fries were cold, my chocolate shake had a weird flavor to it. The cashier at the first window didn’t speak or give us our receipt, asked at the second window after we got our food and the lady that gave it to us acted mad and gave us a nasty look!!! Get it together people!!!!!

I understand it’s a mcdonald’s, but nonetheless – believe the poor reviews. Showed up to pick up a mobile app – they didn’t even have it on their system. Waited at the first window for 5 minutes, with cars piling up behind me – nobody knew what to do. Parked my car, got out, and into the store – stood there for a full 10 more minutes, with two workers walking back and forth making eye contact with me – but doing nothing. Finally had to ask about my order yet again – shows up. Never been to a McDonald’s with this many problems.

This right here is what $6 coffee looks like from this place. When taking my order I asked for extra mocha and add caramel drizzle. They couldn’t even be bothered to do the caramel drizzle or to even fill the cup all the way. What a joke! Guess I have to find a new place to get my coffee everyday!
