Every single time we come here I wish I remember not to. The picture below is the line of cars waiting to get their food after waiting 8 minutes just to pay. Every time we come we are here for 10-15 minutes waiting to get our food and through the drive thru. If you try to go inside nobody speaks to you and just ignores that you’re there. No apologies just attitude from the employees. Never out in a bad review anywhere but after years of this and no change hopefully the owner will see this to do something.

Awesome lil dig. I’m pretty picky about quick fast food stops…. AMAZING CASHIERS (literally took my phone and downloaded/took care of all situation (yes, I’m not tech savvy) of order even during after hours. Spent some time at store, was blown away at sanitation practices. If I could give more stars I would.

Judging by the response from McDonalds to these reviews, it very apparent they know this location is a problem Their response is to post a link asking customer for more information! Anyway, here goes my review of this awful location. This is a terribly run location, and corporate McDonalds is very aware of the problems here.
I’ve never been so frustrated with a fast food restaurant in my life. Since there was at least than 12 cars in line for the drive through, I decided to go inside. Since no one is working the counter, I used the kiosk to order a large fry and a medium coke. The kiosk didn’t dispense a receipt. I went to the counter where the manager, after a few minutes wait, asked me what I wanted. I told her I used the kiosk, but had no receipt. I told her the order number and she gave me a cup for the soda and said there would be a wait for the fries. Instead of just giving me fries that were sitting there, she decided to let me wait. After about 10 minutes, a nice young man came to the counter and asked me what I was waiting for. I told him, and he went and got me fries. The manager gave him a hard time for serving me, because I’m convinced she wanted to make me wait as long as possible. Personally, I would fire the manager and make the young man that was customer friendly the manager. 15 minutes for a coke and fries is ridiculous.

We waited over 10 minutes at the counter just to get our order taken. Then when we finally did the cashier informs us that she can’t take that form of payment only a manager can. I waited another 20 minutes for a manager mind us this was at 7:30 pm in the evening while a long line of customers formed behind me. He finally came and very rudely took my payment only to disappear again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected. I worked at a McDonald’s as my very first job and I know this type of behavior would’ve never been tolerated or acceptable back in my day. Where’s all the respect gone for the customer?

So the young lady I spoke to was nice and helpful, but again I’ve ordered from this place, and again they forgot my pies. She did admit that they did not even have the correct pies I ordered.
This sounds like mismanagement. How does your team not have all the materials they need to successfully do their jobs?? Missing food items and the technology they use, (supposedly the tablet) does not work. Management should be making sure staff is properly equipped. Especially when ordering food for delivery is already hiked up (price wise).
My account with Uber eats may be in jeopardy because I’ve had to report missing items from this location everytime I’ve ordered. Help your staff to help the customers and make sure they are stocked and prepared management.

I ordered a few simple things, burger, mc flurry, small soda, and small fries. I got my food exceptionally fast, but, I didn’t get two things, a spoon for my Mcflurry, and my small soda cup. Simple things McDonald’s. I didn’t get my simple things. This location didn’t even except cash so one of my very nice friends payed for me. And while waiting on my small soda cup, I had to wait at least five minutes. Oh, and one final thing, McDonald’s is completely aware of these problems, but doesn’t do anything about them.

Where are the workers?! I ordered my breakfast from the Kiosk thinking it’s going to be faster than Dennys across the street. No one is at the front counter taking orders and customers were walking out because of this. The place is a mess and nothing is cleaned. The one star is because the building is warm and the food is “okay”

Went there as it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s but with it being that way they are being consistently choked by door dash orders, I sat in the parking lot for 32 minutes waiting for food along with 4 others. They need more employees, as I seen there was 2 at this place and they were doing everything they could. As it stands this place is good if its viable for you to door dash but id skip the in person experience all together.

I’m here picking up an order and ngl Ima get personal with this one this place is a mess. You got a guy walking around with a white tank top and his shirt half on. Then you got a girl working in the kitchen texting like thats part of her job description she not even waiting for food, she’s got the food waiting for her. She’s focused on the wrong things. I been here for a minute waiting on a 10 pc and a burger. The place is a mess got receipts and food all over the floor looks like they just hosted a kids birthday party. Honestly horrible experience

I had the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to use my mobile app, but no one answered. So, we pulled up to the window. The girl there told us to pull to the side door, so we did. But it was taking too long, so I went inside and asked about my food. The manager said my order never existed because I hadn’t checked in properly. Then, I showed him the app, and he started yelling at me, saying I shouldn’t argue with him. I was getting frustrated, so I told him to cancel the order because I was leaving. But he never canceled it and made it look like we had picked it up.
