Decent place. Although, I find the latest remodel of the dining room a little odd. I’m not sure what they were going for, but it doesn’t seem to fit the brand. ADDITIONALLY: The last couple times I went there, the dining room was closed! This was discovered after getting myself (temporarily disabled) and my wife (disabled) out of our car and hobbling to the door, only to have to turn around and go back to the car. No signage on the door or anywhere else. After having difficulty with the drive-thru people unable to hear the incoming orders, having me repeat myself THREE times on one of our visits, I no longer go to this location. We instead went to Burger King a few miles away, where Charles and his crew do a great job!

I came thru on 7-21-23 around 8pm. #5 combo with a Coke. The drink had very little ice and the foam looked weird on top. When I sipped my soda a few minutes later it tasted just like coffee. Someone literally had used this to make a coffee drink and then dispensed my Coke into the same cup. SOMEONE REUSED A DIRTY COFFEE CUP AND SERVED MY DRINK IN IT! I cannot express how disgusted I was . You actually served my soda in a used and dirty cup. You have got a lot of nerve. There are standards and rules in place for food safety. I would think using a clean/new cup for each customer would be common sense and one of the easier procedures to follow. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. You are the very reason that your own industry has a bad rap.

During my last visit I went through the drive through. I ordered my food and got one total and by the time I got to the window to pay, my order was not even there and then they charged me more than what to person said when I placed my order. Then it still took another 10 minutes at the pickup window waiting for pancakes… I mean really??? It was 930am, how do you not have a ton of pancakes already cooked….

I hate to say it’s McDonald’s, but it is. Same ole menu and decor, but this place was clean, service great, and the food put together well. Regarding fast food, the construction of it could be a mess, cold, etc. Today, it wasn’t. Thank you. Sad, but that’s really the only reason I look forward to any fast food place. Back in the day, it was a treat going to McDonald’s, etc. Now fast food seems to be a staple, and the menu is the same for 45 years. This rant pertains to all fast food. It has no inference to this location performance.

One of the employees was very rude about asking for substitution on breakfast sandwiches. She said “you can’t substitute how the sandwich is served” very nastily rude to my wife. I confronted her about how she was and why we all of sudden can’t get our sandwiches the way we always have. She said “sorry” very rudely and sarcasticly to me. The owner of the store was at a table in the dining room and overheard my conversation with the employee, and came over to us and apologized to us for her attitude and would talk to her.

Store hours state they close at 11…I pulled up in the drive thru at 10:40 and waited several minutes before saying “hello” into the speaker. The workers decided just to turn the lights off. Horrible service. They should adjust their hours to 10:40 if that’s when they truly close.
