I went to this McDonald’s this Saturday after going to a birthday party nearby me and my friends decided to get some food. Midway eating my big mac i felt something hard not letting me bite through it and when i opened the burger to see what was that hard thing not letting me chew it was paper. Disgusting paper. I told my friend to let them know what the hell that was about and they didn’t say anything and instead said it was us putting it in there. Who the hell wants to put paper in their burger? We didn’t get a refund or anything. Honestly don’t come here unless you want to get sick.

I live closer to here than the McDonald’s on Rte 300, but I’d recommend going there instead. The environment is very hostile and orders always take forever despite how few customers are in the store. Today I was waiting outside my best friend’s car for less than 30 seconds, only waiting for him to grab his wallet, unplug his phone, and lock his car so we could go in together, but they yelled over the outside intercom that “loitering is prohibited on the property” although we were on our way into the building to eat. My girlfriend was also yelled at for parking for a few minutes after already getting a drive thru order. Honestly the entire staff are very rude and I’d just say if you could to drive the extra 1-2 miles to the one on Rte 300 by the mall.

A handful of staff members are quite pleasant, but most of the staff treats you like you’re bothering them with your business. There’s always someone sketchy waiting by the intercom to harass you for change. 3/5 times your order is wrong, or missing something. Only go here if you’re desperate.

Uber’Ed off the app and received are bag, right off the bat missing the frappe. Very upset due to the fact I spent a good $5 on it. Dug a little deeper the bag was covered in soda and everything was poorly placed inside the bag, sandwich’s came squished and unmade no onions no pickles no nothing on it.
I don’t recommend it’s terrible and it’s like they just throw everything in a bag and call it a day.

I’m stranded in New York and this McDonald’s has been a beacon of hope in my darkest hour. The staff here are amazing and so helpful and understanding despite my appearance. I haven’t showered in days, my hair is a mess, I’ve been wearing the sane clothes for 4 days. They always let me use the restroom and help me with my orders no matter how small. The person who I want to thank the most is Jeimy Rios. She always treats me with the upmost respect and courtesy. I’m trying to get into an addiction treatment center while I sell my house and I’m stuck in limbo right now because I can’t enter the program while I’m in the middle of this transaction since it requires my attention and direction. Being able to charge my phone and access to Wifi are integral to my success and without Jeimys help I wouldn’t be able to do either. I can cry right now that there are people in this world like her. She needs a serious raise in salary because if you don’t keep her, someone else will take advantage of your stupidity and snatch her up from under you. I’m a job recruiter for nearly 25 years and when I see talent of her caliber it’s like stiking gold. But in her case, it’s a diamond mine. Good luck holding on to her.

DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY This location definitely does not deserve one star at all. The lack of respect for peoples money and food is astonishing. These people have a choice to come to work and cook fresh food. Every time you order from here it’s a different problem. Corporate needs to fire everyone and start over. These people are lazy. The lack of respect for peoples money is disappointing because there’s probably one good person in that building that suffers from working with horrible coworkers. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries and a beverage. The fries were old dried out an hard the burger was overly salty when I called and spoke with a supervisor I can definitely tell that she needs better training because the one thing that she should’ve said to me was I apologize for that and I will definitely handle that. She did not convey until I made it clear to her the lack of empathy for someone spending money an paying their bills.
