If you want to actually sit down and eat your food, this isn’t the McDonald’s for you. There wasn’t a single table open. Almost every time I come here it is super busy with probably 20 kids running around. The familys would spread out and take as many tables as they want. It doesn’t seem as there is a time limit. I had a sit in my car to eat because there was nowhere to sit.

OMG, I just had to writ this review! I took my daughter Aubriella to McDonald’s for her birthday party and it was LITERAL MAGIC ♀️! Lily, the manager, went ALL OUT with the Barney theme ! The decorations were on point, the staff were amazing we loved the Barney gear, and the food was fast and easy ! But what really made the party was Lily – she was so calm, sweet, and on top of everything ! She made sure every kid had a blast and Aubriella felt like a princess ! Highly recommend for any kid’s party – we’ll definitely be back!

Literally ordered this at 5:50 order number 1253. Food is absolutely disgusting. I had to put the french fries in the air fryer when I got home. The chicken was all dried out and it was absolutely disgusting. Can someone please tell me where these fast food workers are earning their money?

I went to this McDonald’s two days in a row, and both times my order was messed up. The person working the drive-thru was rude when I asked to add a hash brown, acting like it was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, they got my coffee wrong both days. I understand it’s hard to find reliable employees, but the ones you do have should be properly trained—not only to get orders right, but also to treat customers with respect!

This place hasn’t been the same since they fired all the good workers in February 2025. Used to be the only good McDonald’s in Clifton Park. Such a shame to see a store that was running so well and had a bright future ahead dive right into the ground. Maybe get those employees back so they can fix this mess smh

The staff is always friendly and the food is just fine, but here is the reason I rate service low and it isn’t the staff in this case:
I drive by at lunch. About 75% of the time the drive through is backed up so far that I just turn off my blinker and change my mind and go up the road to Wendy’s. I know it’s hard to anticipate a big lunch rush and to staff accordingly, but it’s almost every day. I see other people just skip the drive through as well and drive around the building at lunch time and leave again. It’s just a lot of business y’all are missing out on I think.
I don’t know if this is a fair ask, but could you maybe staff up a bit more to cover the lunch rush and keep things moving?

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. All tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. What really disgusted me was seeing a server put her hand in her mouth and then immediately start packing my fries without washing or sanitizing her hands. That is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

Absolutely avoid all the mcdonald’s owned by Joe Galleo . He clearly doesnt care about anything. Ive complained 100+ times about cold food, wrong orders, half filled French fries, ect. And its only getting worse.

Play place has no supervision of any sort . Not by employees, nor by adults that brings kids in for bday parties.. Literally throwing balls around, too large/old children runnng around. Little ones r in danger . When a window breaks maybe some one will do something. Family party that was here at 3:00 pm hour 11/9/25 is the reason why there r so little McDs that have playplaces. They r a incredible liability to McD. Maybe this is why no employees intervene..they do not want worker comp cases. Adult Partiers go with kids there bc they didn’t want their homes trashed.

Took over 15 minutes un drive thru to get to the second window with one car ahead of me waiting to the side. I ordered a caramel frappe, with extra caramel and was told after 10 minutes that they didn’t have it and I could only have a mocha one. I paid for the extra caramel. Don’t like mocha.
