Tonight was the first time we didnt wait forever in the drive thru, usually its about 5 minutes or longer. The Employees are ALWAYS very nice, I never have a complaint there. The fries & nuggets weren’t fresh, the fries were very salty, I couldn’t eat them. The quarter pounder was a mess, not put together with love, the cheese wasn’t melted. Anytime we are in Cobleskill & get McDonald’s, the food is never very good, again, the people are always nice. They never have McFlurry’s, why have it on the menu.

Stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast sandwich on my way to the woods to go hunting. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel . Sandwich only service was quick. So quick I think they forgot to heat it . The cheese was cold like right from the refrigerator and the egg was cold as well. The bagel was slightly warm. Did. It in wrap it till I was on my way out of town . If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have gone back and complained.

Very long wait at drive thru (approx 7-10 minutes) about 2pm only to get sweet tea when I told the person twice that I wanted unsweetened tea. No straw provided. Sat at window for 3 extra minutes on discovering the errors but finally drove off when nobody came back to the window. At least 6 cars behind mine in line. Very poor service

I dropped a journal on the floor while I was there and didn’t realize it. The manager of the store, found it and took his time to locate my Facebook page and message me, to lmk he had it and it was safe. Thank goodness I wrote my name in the journal! This was extremely important and I couldn’t have been more grateful to him for finding me. This was above and beyond his job description and leaving a positive review, to let everyone know how thoughtful and kind this person is, is the very least I can do to thank him! So thank you sir, and thank you to your entire staff for being so vigilant and taking your time time to find my Facebook messenger account to reach me to lmk you had found my journal! I will be forever grateful to you!

There is currently no heat at this location. It is freezing inside. It’s unconscionable that the owner would make his employees work under these conditions, much less that he would force his customers to experience them. Not only does the individual freeze while sitting there, the food gets cold much more quickly. It is impossible to enjoy your visit to this location at this time. I suggest you find someplace where they’re willing to turn on the heat to eat instead.

The kiosk didn’t work, my food was dry and my fries were cold as well as the cheese was not even fully melted on my bacon double quarter pounder. No ketchup containers, had to ask at the counter .My order was brought to me in a paper bag even though I had a table and told the cashier it was a stay order. The people were friendly and the music was great. However, I most likely will not return

Every single time I’ve gone here they get something messed up. I haven’t gone there in a long time so I figured maybe they changed and actually trained people this time. I got my food, opened the container, and it looked like they took all the ingredients and just tossed it in the box. I was missing the tomato, my patty wasn’t even on the bun, and sauce was everywhere but the sandwich. They didn’t give my girlfriend any sauces that she ordered for her nuggets either and half the fries were loose in the bag. Hands down the worst services and this place shouldn’t even be in business still.

Lately, we’ve been eating a little more McDonalds out of convenience being on the go. The service has been top notch and the food fresh and delicious. There was a time it wouldn’t be so hot, but they must have a great staff, because everyone is friendly, kind and efficient.
