Very disappointing experience. The manager claims to have no system to properly handle mistakes or issue refunds when orders are incorrect. Instead of resolving problems internally, they tell customers to dispute charges through their credit card companies. The app and management repeatedly mess up orders and then refuse to make things right. Terrible customer service all around.

Love this location because it’s close to home. If one uses the App one can get real good deals. On National Cheeseburger Day, one can get a senior coffee (with free refills), two apple pies, medium French fries and a double cheeseburger for 4 bucks. Use the App between 15 minute purchases to get the best deals. Staff at this location is awesome, bilingual, helps their eldest customers with care. Rachel that serves the dinning room absolutely rocks with a smile.

Showed up around 10:40pm. Saw an employee outside and asked him if they were still open; he said yes. I walked inside and a woman (I think a manager) started yelling at me to leave because they’re closed. Walking out, I noticed the sign on the door saying open until 11pm. Which is it?

Went in for breakfast, no waiting, service is quick and food was hot and perfect. They made my coffee good according to my taste. This location is beautiful, nice and clean. Definitely will go back. Restrooms are clean too.

There needs to be some sort of separation for the delivery drivers. On several occasions, I have placed an order and been completely unable to make it back to the counter to get my food because it was mobbed with drivers.

They give you a paper straw when you order 7 dollar medium shake. Just horrible trying to drink a shake with a paper straw. Straw failed within minutes.

Thank you McDonalds in Northport for giving us delivery people to eat with the card. And the very correct marketing from the managers, they don’t give us in Huntington because they have too much work, while every time we’ve been there they’re constantly talking and have their cell phones in their hands or the manager is for the garbage in Huntington.

worst fast food company ever. went online, said store was open, used the app, it let me order. ordered during the snowstorm Saturday, saw how bad the weather was and tried to cancel the order after 3 minutes and was told i couldn’t cancel because my food was being made already. drove to store to pick up food only to find the store had been closed all day. got in a car accident on way home. only response I got from the company was “don’t worry, you get to keep your bonus points.” that fixes everything

I went in the evening around 8:00 p.m. services fast. Workers/employees are nice. The woman that helped me repeated my order to make sure it was proper. Was in and out under 10 minutes I only ordered two fries and a quarter pounder
