The guy on the drive thru taking the order was lost did not know what he was doing. I give him my app order number and he tells me that, that number was for points only I told him no it’s for my order that I had paid. So he asked me for the number again and left me at the microphone for at least 5 to 10 minutes. He comes back and tells me oh you still there? I said yes you haven’t told if you got my order. Then he said yes go on. The quarter pounder buns were burnt and the meat was burnt and hard. Worst experience ever.

Came to pick up a mobil order, went to drive up window with no customers present and told them who the order was for. Was asked to go inside.went inside where i was made to wait another 7 minutes. then finally the meatball in charge, with no other customers still, comes and asks for the name that she was already given. Then says they cant make the order because it is a lunch item. This could have been taken care of at the drive thru window in 10 seconds but instead she dragged it out to over a 10 minute process. Its no wonder this mcdonalds has a 3.9 rating with a waste of space like that in charge.

The spanish lady w glasses and terrible hair snd nasty attitude needs to be taught how to talk to customers. You’re getting angry over someone picking a sauce and then you wanna get mad bc the kids are playing w decorations even though thats what they are for. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO BE AROUND OTHERS THIS LADY WAS TAKING ORDER AT 1:45PM AND SHE WAS SO RUDE AND TERRIBLE AND WOULD NOT BACK DOWN FROM HER RUDENESS EVEN AFTER SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES HAD TO GET INVOLVED. This Place Gave Me FOOD POISONING!

I went for a late night snack wrap + 1/4 pounder snack and I’ve been paying the price since.

Something I consumed gave me serious enough food poisoning to consider going to the hospital over.

Avoid this location especially at night!

Night time female manager has an attitude and tossed my kids happy meal in the back after she forgot to give it to me w the rest if my order. The dudes upfront who helped w my order were wonderful but that night time lady manager, she ain’t it and she talked w an attitude whole time. Sad that the staff is picking up her slack.

I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect at a fast food place all over a simple vanilla cone I redeemed with my points. I placed a mobile order for this exact location (which I come to all the time since I live next block), gave them the code at the drive-thru, and was immediately told “that’s not for this location.” I was confused, because my phone clearly showed that it was.

They asked me to pull forward, took my phone, and checked it themselves. At paying window I was aksed to move forward and when I get there, guess what they started investigation again. The three employees acted like I was trying to scam them for a 4$ cone LOLL! This was so humiliating in-fact straight up harassment. Like, if you already saw my phone at the first window, why wouldn’t you communicate that with your team or a manager instead of criminalizing me a second time? Over a $4 cone! Pathetic. Y’all need serious training on how to treat customers like human beings. Thanks for ruining my day!
