We went through the drive through and had to turn back because the order was incorrect. The young lady at the counter blamed the person taking the order initially. It’s not who’s to blame when you are a team it’s what can we do to get it right. That kind of customer service was a turn off.

I always go through curbside. Lady came to my car and handed my soda. It spilled in my car and all she said was “you can use the napkins in the bag” not even a sorry. Lucky she didn’t get a damn backhand.

I asked to drop my food fresh they redeep my foods into the oil instead of cooking it fresh. I return all foods. The sandwich and the nuggets came back fresh but the fries came salty. They put some fresh fries on top and the botton wasnt fresh instead it was salty. I even buy another fries while i was waiting for my foods. Still the same. And my receipt clearly said cook to order.

What a bad service they give to the customers today we asked for an address and we attention a short man who delivers the addresses, like 10:30 pm, he yelled at us to give us the order, and with a bad face he threw the bag, but in addition the bag only put us the sodas, we had to drive almost 30 minutes back to be able to go for the food that he in a bad way did not put in the bag, and he said that it was full. I give five stars all around for this location of McDonald’s. The food was hot and fresh and it came out pretty fast. The restaurant itself was very clean even the bathrooms. The staff was very kind and very helpful. Sometimes I wish places like this would receive tips. They definitely deserve one. Kudos for this McDonald’s location!! I’m Loving It!!!!
