I am pleasantly surprised about the food here. The blueberry pancakes were spot on. I expected that artificially overly sweet flavor in my blueberry pancakes, but no, they actually tasted like they used fresh blueberries to make the pancakes, I did opt out of getting the whipped cream and blueberry compote on top. I felt like that would have been too much and I was right for me. The amount of fresh blueberries used within the batter was perfect. My eggs were pretty good considering it’s a fast food chain. I got them scrambled by the way, but they came out hot so I appreciate that. The bacon would have been perfect if the ends would have been crispier, but other than that I have no complaints on the bacon. It tastes like you know bacon you would make it home. My husband got the steak omelette. He enjoyed it immensely along with his hash browns and coffee. So overall I really like it’s better than the Manchester location of them all. I would definitely return to Bloomfield IHOP.

It was a good start . Customer service, butler service everything was good. But what not good was we ordered food to break our fasting at 7:20 pm, and when they served it crossed 8:15 pm. So we were literally starving along with my kid. They apologized again and again which tend me to give them food otherwise food didn’t taste that good.

Nice place, quiet, when we visited it wasn’t busy. My food was not hot as I would have wanted it but it was good regardless. My issue was with our server. Not once while we ate did she come to ask how the food was. She did not inform me of my pancakes being delayed. I had to call her and ask of them. I got them when we were waiting for the check which by then I asked her to just package it. No apologizes as to why it came so late. She never asked how the meal went. We had to ask for utensils, how are you suppose to stir in honey in your tea? That tea was really nice though. We even asked another server for things. Perhaps she had a lot on her mind because she was not present at all. 3/23 Am.

I have been to this place twice. The first time I went, they completely messed up my order, and I was very disappointed. I decided to give them a second chance, but when I showed up to the restaurant, their new business hours were listed as 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I tried to open the door at 7:10 PM, and it was locked. Mind you, as a food establishment, you should not close a whole hour early—especially when your posted hours say otherwise. I was highly disappointed, will never be coming back, and do not recommend this place to anyone else.

It was my first time there, and i must say the service was on point. Wait time wasn’t bad at all. The food and drinks were delicious. The strawberry lemonade was delightful ..it had chopped up strawberries to the bottom. Waffles were buttery and fluffy..yummy!

The food at the restaurant is indeed delicious, but the wait after ordering is always too long. Today, we’ve been waiting for over an hour, and our food still hasn’t arrived. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve its service efficiency and reduce wait times, which would lead to greater customer satisfaction.
Update: My food finally arrived, but they messed up my order . I specifically requested no cheese, yet my dishes are filled with cheese. Anyway, I don’t feel like informing the server. I don’t want to spend another hour waiting for my new order to arrive.

This is probably the worst IHOP I’ve been to. Every time I order curbside pickup, I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes after I arrive. The curbside parking numbers aren’t even in order, which makes it more confusing. They also require you to call when you arrive, but no one ever answers the phone.

Service was sooooooooooo slow. Plenty of tables were open and we were asked to wait 5 min to be seated. Took 20 mins just to get an order in and another 40 mins before food actually came. The whipped cream was all deflated and food cold. It had obviously been sitting out a long time before arriving at our table. One order wasn’t correct and had to go back. Somehow that came back immediately. Nearly spent 2 hours at this place. Don’t come if you are expecting decent service. I’ve never had to wait at an iHop this long even when they are packed which this one clearly isn’t.

Forgot the avocados, waitress didn’t come back for the majority of the meal, so wasn’t able to let her know until the meal was already eaten. They should have discounted it, not offer to bring avocados when the meal was gone.
