We had a horrible experience at this store. My friend and I ordered food through different kiosks. First, the lady who identified herself as the store manager served our food, but she refused to fulfill my friend’s order because she mistakenly thought she had already done so. Despite clarifying that we had placed two separate orders, she still did not serve my friend. Instead, she approached my table, yelled in front of my kids and other customers, and accused me of not paying for my order, which she had already processed in the system.
My children pointed out that the kiosk didn’t print out the receipt, but instead of checking the store system, she asked me to call my credit card company to verify the transaction. I had to expose my personal information in public to confirm the payment. Only then did she serve my friend’s food, but she refused to apologize to us, even going so far as to say, ‘Call whoever you want.’
I am shocked that McDonald’s would provide this kind of service. I hope no other parents and children have to experience what we went through. If I could give this service a negative rating, I would

I have never been more disgusted and disappointed with any other McDonalds!
I ordered a sweet tea with extra ice… the tea did not have extra ice, it was actually room temperature at the bottom. The tea was also unsweetened!!!! I love my tea sweet.
I also ordered a Mc Double with Mayo…
As soon as I opened the soggy burger, the bun tore apart and was SATURATED with mayo , ketchup, and oil. I was so disgusted that I couldn’t even eat it.
I will never patronize this particular Mc Donald’s again.
