I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids, they both love sweet and sour sauce so I made sure to order it with their meals and even ordered 2 extras just in case. I received 0 packs of sauce with my order. This is absolutely shameful on the employees part, if they’re out it should be noted on the mobile app, but if they just forgot that’s pure incompetence. Shame.

I have been coming here since i was a child and to this day, i still do and i love coming here when i can and just eating food and people watching . The friendly manager Jackie, still remembers me from before and acknowledged me and asked where i have been which made me feel so appreciated since i have been a customer here for many many years. Even though i miss how it was back then before they remodeled it again, i’ll always keep coming back here for more. What a great mcdonalds thats been around since the 90’s. I also remember when it was red inside with the old decor and huge playplace! I have so many memories of this place from sitting by the round table with a friend and hearing the kids playing and screaming in the playplace way back in the late 2010’s to eating with friends and spending hours here.

This location is local for me but terrible enough that I typically drive to another location. 8 out of 10 times, they provide and incorrect order. There have been many times that they forget sauce for chicken nuggets or toys with a happy meal and I have to go back. Also, I recently went and ordered a mcgriddle and was provided with a biscuit instead (i ordered via drive thru). I went back to the drive thru and tols them I got the wrong breakfast sandwich. The person at the drive thru immediately got defensive and said I ordered what was given to me. I do not eat biscuits, so i am absolutely certain that I did not order a biscuit. I am 9 months pregnant, trust me I know what I ordered bc I thought about it since the second I woke up. The worker asked me to pull up to the window and I handed the biscuit back (im not looking for free food), he snatched it from my hand and I literally told him I want a refund, again he did not listen and brought me a mcgriddle. I said I asked for a refund not the sandwich. He again argued with me, I said please just give me a refund. The manager came over not saying a word, I told her the employee is rude and instantly argued when all I said was I got the wrong sandwich. She didn’t respond and processed the refund and ignored my oral complaint about the employee. Employee and supervisor are rude, no customer service skills and are upset because they themselves made a mistake.
Why did I ask for a refund rather than taking the mcgriddle? i am 9 months pregnant and rather than arguing with a rude employee who automatically jumped down my throat, I just wanted a refund so I can go to a different location since I would be passing another mcdonalds within the next 10 mins.
This location needs to realize that their employees do not like to take accountability for messing up. It’s ok to mess up an order but it’s not ok to be rude.

Extremely rude employees and unprofessional amd discriminatory behavior from a franchise. I made a mobile order and when I went to pick up there were someone in front of me and Mcdonalds employee told them only two promos per person, when they got to me they screamed no more promos. They had my drink order receipt and asked if it was my order and crumpled it in front of me and told me “no more promos for you.” At this point I asked for the manager and said he was the manager and when I asked for his name to escalate the situation he refused to give me his name. He went to call someone else who was also a manager and her name was Sasha. They refused to make my order and the orders my friends placed as well. The staff by the pick up area kept screaming at us saying no more promos for you when we just entered this location. However when other customers that were not asian came to pick up she was nice to them, the customer in front of me before were also non asian and were told two promos person. My friends and I felt discrimated against since this seems like differential treatment based on race. Even as I’m writing this I can’t believe this happened. There was also no sign or anything saying we can’t order with promos or limit, everything was told to us verbally. So you can imagine my confusion when they said we can’t order. Ironic thing is that this location is extremely quiet with very little customers, so it doesn’t seem like a staffing or supply issue. Someone needs to look into this branch because no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and discrimination. After this I went to 71st and 3rd Avenue location and no issues redeeming my promo codes.

Great staff and great food nice and hot! we waited a while but it was worth it. We went during an afterschool rush but they got everything right and are doing a great job here, this place is also clean as a whistle that manager is amazing!!

Been here just a few times over a few years and every freaking time this place is an exact opposite of the “fast food” people waiting on their order forever. And guess what they mess up people’s order constantly. I ordered one meal but waited 35 minutes. Other people waited longer just to place an order. Almost everyone who got their order came back because they forgotten to include something. I had the same problem.

The crew I’m this place is always terrible but today was not only the worst day I’ve been there it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant I’ve ever been to besides getting disrespected by staff and waiting 30 mins for my meal the staff would curse at each other and were ratchet as hell plus they just reopened and the way the cleanliness was today if I was the manager on duty I’d be ashamed.
