June 2025: biked to this brand new McDonald’s reached very far above my expectations. Good food, service is a little slow inside but the guy was trying his best as this place was insanely packed, but glad it’s finally open! The fries were salted just right! However I did observe the drive thru line was quite long and seemed extremely slow, yes it was packed but the line could’ve moved quicker honestly, and the guy with the headset for the drive thru was making food and not helping the customers in the drive thru…Will surely be back in the future just please go inside and avoid the headache of the drive-thru!
Edit: 7/2/25 I was here on 7/2 again and I observed the people in the back throwing the fries around with thee bare hands, I just walked out in pure disgust and went to the Starbucks right next door which got my drink correctly & tasted amazing. Do better…

Fast and attentive at the drivethru. It’s a pet peeve of mine to sit at the speaker for more then 2 minutes without a word… here they recognize you right away, get your order, and dont tell you to wait in a mobile pick up spot with 5 other cars.
Fresh fries, fresh nuggies, and they actually mixed up my Shamrock Shake McFlurry + hot fudge and don’t just put the toppings on it.

New location supposedly built for efficiency and speed, but its the opposite. Walked in with my young daughter at like 11:50 on a Monday. No one around. I used the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes for food. No one around. Bathrooms dirty middle of the day. No one cleaned them recently. Prices better. Longer to order because machines are hard to navigate. No playpen. This is like a normal location which acts like a compact location. Would not come again until they get their act together.

When I go to outlet Premium, I usual use here. I have never felt bad here. Service is very good and always clean. I can’t imagine why reviews are not so good.

Horrible experience, will not be going to this location again. Breakfast ends at 10:59, ordered breakfast through the mobile app to pick up before then to give time to be ready. When I went to pick it up, they told me my order didn’t go into the system until after 11. Asked how that’s my fault and asked if they can make an exception since it was ordered prior to the breakfast deadline. I was told they have “ no more breakfast items”. I Was then given the runaround by 3 different employees, one being a manager. Asked how I can get a refund as to which they said I have to call corporate and there’s nothing they can do. They were quite literally laughing in my face while I was asking for help and suggestions.

I’ve had countless issues with these incompetent employees since the opening.
-They forget items and tell you “too bad” when you come back the next day for the items
-They don’t pick up the phone EVER, makes it hard to let them know they messed up your order
-They can’t read instructions (extra onions, NO pickles does not mean give me 6 pickles on a burger)
These people need to be fired or re-trained because it’s a complete mess right now. Maybe get some of the people from the Monroe location to help these people out. The chipotle across the road is a much better option. If I’m ordering ahead on the app, why am I being told to pull up and wait an extra 5-10 minutes? They’ve had months to get it together and just can’t seem to do so.

The food is served eloquently, the menu is diverse, the beer list is generous, they offer wine, cocktails, hard cider and hard seltzer as well. The music was a little too loud, making conversations difficult.

I am furious. My husband went there specifically to get the grinch fries, came home excited to eat them and low and behold they forgot to put the seasoning packet in there. Now he has to drive all the way back there. They had one job to do to make it grinch fries!
This is the third time they’ve forgotten to include items in his order and we do not live around the corner. We have to deal with route 32 traffic which is a headache.

***edit** I came back the next day (don’t ask me why) and an employee was sitting in the dining area talking on the phone about how his manager was accusing him of being high, but that he has a 102° fever and they don’t believe him and are telling him that he has to work. This is somehow the worst and most inconsistent McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It doesn’t help that they have the new soulless design where employees and kitchen are hidden from the customer. For better or worse, the best thing about McDonalds is that it’s consistent no matter where you go in the country. This location somehow manages to screw that up. I’ve had several issues in the past but the main problem that I have is that every time I come to this location they slather 3-4 times the regular amount of sauce or latch up on the food to a point where it’s almost inedible. Do you know how much ketchup you have to douse a double quarter pounder in for it to be too much? This place needs a new manager, or better yet an entire new staff.
