i called for a pickup for a ketchup burger with nothing on it just bread and ketchup and they jumped to conclusions thinking it was a scam call and they threatened me by saying they called the cops on me. very rude service never going her again. been here millions of times and i always get the worst service yet they have a 3.9 star rating. deserves to be way lower. thank you for unsalty, moist, mushy fries and a slimy texture burger and the terrible service. i wish i can give this no stars.

Slowest McDonalds on the planet…took 25 minutes to get food for me and my 2 small children (4 & 2 years old). Waiting online there were 2 other customers with issues as well. When we finally got our food it was not even the entire order….my 2 year old had to wait for his happy meal (smh). The workers here are not at all efficient

Montebello is one of the participants of the Guava Pie. I can’t believe it and it’s good for a fast food item. You can’t beat the $1.00 fresh brew ice tea here. I think this was 2 bucks. But it’s 16 grams of sugar. It’s okay once in a while at 210 cal.

It’s always a great spot for a quick bite. The manager was very nice and pleasant. We ordered at the display and the manager promptly brought out drink glasses. The food was quick and fresh. Great place to stop.

This place’s customer service has changed a lot in 4 months. I ordered at the self-service kiosk, I picked one of the number signs, I entered the number on the screen and when my food was ready the lady called my receipt number from behind the counter with the bag of food and an empty cup. So no service at the table. The lady left the bag of food and cup on the counter, and turned back to keep doing her work. No eye contact for me to get the chance to ask them if they don’t bring food to the table anymore. My hamburger had the burger patty off-sided, and because it sticks to the bun at the bottom I could not bring it more into the sandwich.
