This is how my large fries came to me half filled and i did not take any before writing this is Macdonalds worried about filling it up it’s only fries unacceptable for the price, they charge it. And it happened before I complained they were trying to say they were hot that’s what happens but it was not holding up with my version. I walked in and was attended to IMMEDIATELY and with a great big smile. Excellent customer service. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It’s become my favorite McDonald’s restaurant to go to.

Placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for drive through pickup and it was a nightmare. First they somehow can’t find my order even though I have all the order information pulled up to show them. Then when I re-place my order directly with them they end up making it wrong (a breakfast sandwich with cheese when I ordered without and can’t eat cheese). And now when I try to call the store they don’t answer and their voicemail is full.

I thought we we’re clear of incompetence, but it’s obvious that we still have work to do. I order food, and I pay for food, so it’s safe to assume that I should’ve gotten all of my food, not part of it (How do you forget a simple McFlurry and give no explanation as to why).

I had a hard time dealing with the staff while making orders through the APP….finally the HQ was kind enough to understand the issues….so I’m back at the location…using a food tray to come to me which is quite special …in most places…they don’t…and I found out , you get free honey packets as many as you want with the deal tab…so I’m getting 10 every Saturday…Thanks…!!!

For a McDonald’s this one is on point! I’ve had breakfast and lunch here on different days both dining in and drive thru and I must say the service is great and the food is delicious! They keep it very clean as well.
