Terrible experience. I went at 9:30pm and ordered a 6 piece meal. I asked if they originally had a 4 piece but decided on 6. The guy taking my order even made sure. I pulled up to the window with everyone staring at me. It seemed like a bunch of younger kids (males) idk, but they need to do their job correctly. I was incorrectly charged aswell. Seemed like they were too busy fooling around and laughing. Clearly the box says 6pc and I got a 4pc. Do better at this location.

I’d like to commend the entire staff, especially Christian. I walked in with three toddlers, my hands full, and unfortunately dropped the baby’s glass bottle, which shattered everywhere. I felt terrible and immediately apologized. The entire staff was extremely kind and understanding about it. While they were cleaning up, Christian went out of his way to help me find the screw-on ripple part for the bottle. His patience and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to everyone for the great customer service.

The worker was giving my mom her HOT tea that she ordered and the worker didn’t put the lid fully on so he handed it to her and let go of it so it SPILT all over her hand and burnt her hand !!! Then he ran away and never came back so my mom asked for a manger and he made a new tea.

The most insane excuse for a big Mac I ever received from any McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever entered. I also came with three other patrons and all three orders were wrong. Each of us had to go back to the counter and correct our orders. The big Mac I ordered was look like it was put together by Ray Charles after he took a hit of crack. I should of gotten a refund but I didn’t have time to go eat somewhere else I was on a lunch break so opted to exchange for a 10 pc nugget . Do not recommend at all joke of a restaurant and I should get a voucher for $100. This was on Friday June 7 around 3 pm

Dined inside for dinner. Never had such amazing and attentive service in any McDonald’s before. Shout out to Gabriella for outstanding customer service. The restaurant got pretty busy at times including a bday party in the play place. Gabriella was rotating between running food outside to curbside pickup, attended to the party and the customers dining in- checking in multiples time to see if we needed anything and overall brought a great energy to the place with her bubbly attitude. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be dining in this specific location more. Overall service was fast and efficient with a great, family friendly energy. And their ice cream was working unlike most McDonald’s locations

What a horrible way to do business.
With the dining room closed and the roof wide open this Micky D’s Owner/Manager decided to continue serving customers at the drive through even though the drive thru window was also closed.
Everything we’re milling around the parking lot, taking orders and running payment back to the drive thru, on each customer’s behalf. Having no choice but to keep my car window open, to place my and retrieve both my order and credit card, sawdust came pouring down into my brand new car window as a saw was buzzing overhead.
I oidnt know who decided it was a good idea to rebuild the roof while people are receiving their food just below, but this customer will never return because of it.

it’s honestly a hit or miss with this place, sometimes the food is fresh and good sometimes it isn’t. they almost ALWAYS forget some parts of your order. i came here today and they forgot my mothers small fries from her 5$ meal, we drove back and the lady with the glasses and purple shirt gave us a horrendous attitude and rolled her eyes at us when we told her our issue.
