This McDonald’s sucks as poor service and management. I have lived in the area for six years and not once have I found the food fresh. Items sit in there heating bin to long and after a certain time should be sold. I have gotten old burgers constantly. Don’t bother complaining about service to management because the pregnant Manager running the place will only meet you with a bad attitude contention and sarcasm. She will argue down about your order. I ordered fries no salt and got old salty fries. I always have to ask for napkins and check for sauce requested with nuggets. And do not try to request anything at the front counter the staff will avoid you like the plague! THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED. The attitude at the drive through is ridiculous more over the overall service is below poor.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars, I would. Something about going to a fast food place and waiting about an hour for my order. I could’ve gone to the Texas Roadhouse down the street and gotten better food faster, for the same price and without the attitude of the employees. Absolutley DISGUSTING! Ordered a burger from there and when I went to eat it it has BABY ROACHES on the bottom of the bun and the manager proceeded to tell me its seeds and NEVER apologized for anything. She (Shanelly, I believe that’s her name) proceeded to call me a liar in front of customers in the store and refused to give me my money back until I said I would call the cops. Than her employees decided to call me names and tell me that they are seeds and I am over reacting. I will be calling the health department for sure to make sure they close them down until further notice because this is so unsanitary! HORRIBLE!!!!

The most insane excuse for a big Mac I ever received from any McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever entered. I also came with three other patrons and all three orders were wrong. Each of us had to go back to the counter and correct our orders. The big Mac I ordered was look like it was put together by Ray Charles after he took a hit of crack. I should of gotten a refund but I didn’t have time to go eat somewhere else I was on a lunch break so opted to exchange for a 10 pc nugget . Do not recommend at all joke of a restaurant and I should get a voucher for $100. This was on Friday June 7 around 3 pm

Terrible location, Terrible staff. The bathroom doors don’t lock. I walked in on a female employee using the bathroom she started screaming. I spoke with the manager she was very disrespectful and had no sympathy for her employee. They stated that door don’t lock…. Very unethical and inhumane.. I called corporate and police dept.
