It’s McDonald’s you know what you’re getting. I go here frequently and they’re fast and friendly. Can’t beat the French fries or chicken nuggets.

I was in line and at the drive through menu at 10:55 pm (7/36/2023) I asked if anyone was there to take my order multiple times, no response. I stayed at the drive through menu until about 11:00 pm (“closing time”). I then went through to leave and saw several people at the registers and through the final drive through window that could have taken my order. No one wanted to take my order. This McDonalds, every time I have gone through, has taken about 10 minutes or more to get through the drive through line.

Glad I used the bathroom before I ordered. There was no soap and as I was on the app to order, one of the staff went to the toilet and came out without washing her hands. I watched her and she just went straight back to work behind the counter, no alcohol, nothing.

Make sure you verify what you have ordered on the app. If they miss a few items, they will not resolve. During my order, they missed a few items and managers response was “We have nothing to do with the app”. Last time visiting a McDonalds.

She didn’t give me back my card. I had to drive back to get it and when I came back there was an extra charge for a different amount on my card, so either she gave the next customer free food or bought herself something. Curious how long this has been going on

They encouraged me to use the computer to order my meal. Not a problem as they then bring my meal to my table. I suppose machines are replacing workers.Soon Robert Reich will be unable to complain about low fast food worker wages.
