The food was standard quality McDonald’s, love the fries and fountain Coke. There was parking lot work being done and the exit lane was closed. The parking lot only allows for one way driving so during the lunch rush people exiting from their parking spots got stuck trying to merge into the drive through lane and it took almost 10 minutes to get out during the lunch rush.

The restaurant was nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The food order was fast at lunchtime. The food quality was good. The only downside to this location is a smaller parking lot that’s packed at busy times. The drive thru lines block the parking spots, and getting out after eating takes a little time waiting for drive thru orders to move.

Kiosk froze while I tried to pay and they wouldn’t let me use the coupon I had already redeemed on it. Cashier was pretty snarky about it and I felt handled it poorly. Won’t be returning.

I’ve never dealt with such combative rude and obnoxious McDonalds staff. Does this location have a manager? The kiosks crash before paying and you can’t get your coupons or points refunded. The staff were rude when we complained and asked if we could at least have them override to use our coupon.

Sad to say MCD is no longer a quick easy cheap spot to go with kids. I have 5 in my family and it’s an easy $60 every time. I’d rather go to a nice place and spend $60. Not a burger and fries place. I miss the days of cheap cheeseburgers as a kid.

Very poorly managed location and rude manager who doesn’t bother to actually check on orders if asked how long is the wait for an order. Instead, she just says it’s being made and 20 minutes later order still not ready. Just pathetic service.

The food and everything was fine, but my friend ordered food with a coupon code at the kiosk, the kiosk broke, and the store wouldn’t honor the coupon she had used. It sucks to lose your coupon, especially when it wasn’t your fault.
