If I could give a 0 start I would. I ordered a big breakfast and they only sent me eggs and a biscuit. Can’t even make this up lol this place is always messing up. I hate order From here. They can’t ever get anything right.

This place should seriously be shut down. The service is TERRIBLE no matter what time you go, the managers are rude and the staff does nothing but horse around the whole time instead of filling people’s orders. Literally terrible every time, read the reviews they speak for themselves. I would willing drive 4 hours to a different McDonald’s if I had to just to never go to this one again. They NEVER give you all the items you pay for either, I just paid $7 for a large fry considering they didn’t give me the rest of my order.

Always check your order before driving off. They get things wrong more often than right. When asking for anything extra like napkins or ketchup the short tempered staff roll their eyes. They ask you to pull into a parking spot while they make your order because they’re in no hurry. There’s nobody in line or the parking lot but they’re busy doing God knows what. Used my mobil app. To save time. Pulled up to window gave special code , got beverage, was asked to park at the front of building. I sat there for another good 5mins. Now 15 mins since i ordered food online. Finally went inside and asked about my food. Was told they were very sorry but they totally forgot about me. So glad i downloaded the stupid mobile app. What a joke !

They drive thru is a mess. You are better off going inside. I have never had an issue inside. I ordered 1 meal and I waited over 15 minutes for it. There was another car in the “RESERVED” area ahead of me. Disgusting. They do not care about your time. I payed for my meal at 535 pm i got my meal delivered to my car spot at 550. No so fast food.

The staff are very accommodating. I don’t usually go to McDonald’s too often, however for the month of March we always make sure to stop at Mcdonald’s to grab a shamrock shake for my father’s birthday (St. Patrick’s Day). My father likes his shamrock shakes solid green, the way it was made when he was a child. The staff were super nice and made sure to accommodate his request. Our experience was great!

They stopped serving breakfast at a sooner time and am very disappointed. I spoke to the manager and explained it was for an elderly parent but he refused to serve me an egg McMuffin. I told him he can either serve me what I asked or I won’t ever go there and buy any of their items again. He chose the latter so I just won’t go there anymore. SLOW, Slow, slow, I have been to this McDonald’s a few times and they see to be disorganized. I made two orders and the one I made last came out first but a long wait. I had to tell them that my other order still hasn’t come yet. Finally they found the order and prepared it. Like I said slow, slow ,slow. The double cheeseburgers were tasty as well as the kids meal.

This McDonald’s continues to deliver quick and quality service every time. Very easy to use the McDonald’s rewards through the drive-through or in the restaurant and they set up a quick pick up area for delivery drivers.
