The drivethru experience needs serious improvement. Staff frequently communicate poorly and often sound rude and unprofessional at the speaker. Since this has been consistent across several visits, management should prioritize better training and customer service standards. The the ladies that hand you the food are worst this is crazy

One of my favorite McDonald’s location. They are one of the more consistently good McDonald’s. They do have the same prices as the locations in nyc which is weird. The service is usually great. Everything is usually out fairly quick. I love the buy one get one for a dollar deal. I do wish the McDouble was an option instead of the double cheeseburger, not a fan of the 2 slices of cheese, one is plenty. They don’t charge for extra pickle which is nice. They also don’t have an option to put “light” as an option for condiments on the app, only on the kiosks. We did go last night and the order took about 15 min for 2 double cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget. ***Update they took away the fountain drinks for refills . 03/03/25 I went and they didn’t put pickles on any of the 4 double cheeseburgers I ordered. The edges of the burgers were very hard too

If I could give 0 stars I would. This mcdonalds never gives you all the food you order, whether it be in person or online. They always give reheated chicken nuggets and cold food. Staff including management is always over the top rude especially the older male manager that works evenings and nights. He is so lazy and has even denied me a bag to take home my order. I have a big family and always order at least 60 to 70 dollars worth of food and he always wants to bag it in small bags and when I asked for a big bag because I had 6 large drinks to carry as well, he flat out told me no. That he is saving those bags for his online orders. Never wants to help, and always makes everyone use the kiosk which never gives a receipt. I have witnessed them ignore teenagers when they come back to the counter because they never got the requested sauce they asked for with there nuggets and he had the nerve to get upset and ignore them when they request extra sauce. They always have an attitude when you go back in to get the remainder of your order that is not in the bag. The tables are always dirty when you go to dine in. The younger girls and female management during the day are just as rude. Save yourself the trouble and drive to a different mcdonalds. I live 5 minutes from this location and would rather drive the 10 minutes away to the mcdonalda at the bridgewater promenade. Way better over there and staff and customer service is so great over there.

Extremely rude drivethru lady who practically throws your bag at you through the window and shuts it. No reason for it because I am very polite when I order which is why I feel compelled to say something. Did it to me on a couple of occasions. The customer service here is atrocious. They don’t take responsibility for messing up McDelivery orders either. Direct reflection of bad management.

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I been to , they normally have no one out at the front and it’s a bunch of kids talking in the back instead of working … I normally have this problem and never said nothing but today I ordered a medium caramel coffee and they filled it up less then half and boiling hot to the point I had to go up to the counter and call someone over cause as I said there never anyone there lol and told them this isn’t how you serve your customers…. Idk if the people there are lazy or what but that definitely put a stop to my day lol NOONE plays with a man’s coffee and time waiting at the front while they walk past

Have had some staff turnover recently missed the old crew I usually request just a plain water no ice nothing I don’t drink soda and the unsweetened iced tea iced coffee is usually stale the other day when I asked for a water the girl said she can only give me the smallest cup was like two sips would have to pay for the water in a different size also when you ask for creamer and milk on the side and it ends up in the coffee and you got to drive all the way back from your house it’s just not pleasant this is not a hard job to do there I’ve called the owner’s phone number many times on the window and have never gotten a response so they just don’t care will probably stop coming so much now

Recently opened McDonald’s restaurant so the interior is very new, bright and clean. Has a slimmed down counter in favor of a number of touch screen ordering devices placed by the seating area. One of the pluses is that you can pay credit or via mobile (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) right at the kiosk or with cash at the counter. Staff seemed friendly enough and had smiles throughout the time waiting for my order. They have special parking for mobile customers as well as a reserve spot in case the drive-thru is busy. They also have one of the newer drive-thrus with the double lanes. Overall a nicely done new McDonald’s.

SLOW, Slow, slow, I have been to this McDonald’s a few times and they see to be disorganized. I made two orders and the one I made last came out first but a long wait. I had to tell them that my other order still hasn’t come yet. Finally they found the order and prepared it. Like I said slow, slow ,slow. The double cheeseburgers were tasty as well as the kids meal.
