Messed up the order, refused to fix it because the person on the phone didn’t bag it. I will never go here again. They are rude and need lessons in customer service. Also, the food tasted old and the veggies were limp. That place need a whole new setup and employees that care about the food that goes out. If I could give a negative star, there would be a -10. Worst place I have ever gotten food from. Gross!

Its just sad that the burger temped at 42 degrees. ( Im a chef, i have a thermometer in the car.)The lettuce was sparse, sad placement of pickles. And i FORGOT to ask for cheese. I really hate that about this particular burger. For 9.00+ for the combo, the sandwich should look better than this. DO BETTER WITH THE LETTUCE, BURGER KING!

I ordered a Whopper meal with a sprite. The sprite was water no carbonation so I asked for another drink nicely and ketchup. The drive thu worker smacked her lips and said, ” What do you want?”. I said, ” A Mr. Pibb or something stronger than the sprite. She replied she couldn’t take sprite drink back as I tried to hand back to her. The Mr. Pibb was flat as well but I dare not ask for anything else. I expected more from Burger King in Farmville, NC. such a nice little town to pass thur for a bite heading to Raleigh, NC. All these restaurants are DIFFERENT since 2020, nothing is the same! And Breakfast syrup like water!

Lady that was there today is very rude. I had earphones in and was trying to puase the audio to hear better and she kept repeating “ketchup ketchup ketchup” over and over like I was purposely ignoring her. She needs to read the room better and give people a second to gather themselves. I had been waiting for my food longer than it usually takes so of course I entertained myself while I was waiting. one of the staff members gestured for me to come up and as I was walking up trying to mute, that’s when she wanted to start repeating herself over and over and get an attitude with me. Very unprofessional.

The food is okay, I mean it’s fast food so you kinda know what to expect when ordering food from Burger King. What I can’t stand is the drive thru cashiers bad attitude, at first I chalked it up to maybe she’s having a bad day but I’ve been there 3 times now in the morning and every single time I get the same “I hate my freaking job and you’re going to know it” attitude. The kind of attitude that they make you feel like you are bothering them. I’ve nicknamed her Sunshine.

Kinda average. Fish sandwich and cheeseburger were piping hot, onion rings were too, though the rings tasted like either they burnt the rings or the grease/oil they were cooked in needed charging. WiFi worked too..

The onion rings are warm at best… rubbery best describe them. My guess, I was “served” what’s been laying around a while… probably the same with this fish sandwich…it’s “warm” not hot…

Food and service has really gone downhill. I waited at least 10 minutes in the drive through… two of the cars in front of me finally left without picking up their orders. My food was warm at best, I ordered a large onion rings, fish sandwich and a cheeseburger… I received about half of the onion rings, they just did make to the low edge of the container. I guess this is the last time I’ll be eating here. If you’re looking fast food in Farmville, forget this place and the McDonald’s, its almost as bad…

Worst BK, order 2 simple meals. Took over 30 minutes. Somehow, still messed up the order by missing a fry. We arrived, and we were one of the only car in the drive threw. We got to the pay window where they took payment and went missing for the 30 minutes. Had cars lined up behind us. Wasn’t busy at first, but then the placed filled up as soon as employees decided to hide in the back and avoid people. Only person that ended up coming to the front was a women on her cell having a personal call. Unfortunately, going here a couple times, at different times of the day, it’s always the same.
