Had a good experience at this McDonald. It’s nice and clean and the staff were friendly.

Stopped by. Parking looked more difficult but around the corner lots. Nice inside. Had to order twice fish fillet cooked from scratch as they simply try to pre-heat. When served delicious.

I placed 2 orders at kiosk. but the store manager said that the store owner has a policy that don’t allow place more than 2 orders at the same time at kiosk machine. she refuse to give me the order i have paid. it doesn’t make any sense. why this is not allowed? it’s very normal that customer may want to order more after the initial order. and, why the store has their own policy? is this store not mcdonald store? this kind of own policy really damage mcdonald reputation.

So far this McDonalds has not disappointed me in any large capacity. Though they do have a tendency to get sauces wrong if I place a mobile order however this is a more recent development and not something that happens every single time. The staff so far through the drive through have been really kind so no complaints there. Long story short its a typical McDonalds.

We ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and they’re telling me i’m WRONG when i’m showing them the receipt that shows we ordered them. I don’t understand their logic on that. Just give me what i ordered. ALSO telling my husband he has to pay the difference of the hotcakes when we already paid for the meal. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE.

Drive-thru woman would not let me substitute the apple slices in the Happy Meal for French fries. She didn’t understand a word I was saying and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She charged me for extra apple slices when I asked to purchase an extra small French fry. I shouldn’t have to bring an interpreter when ordering. I’ll take my business down the highway from now on.

This location underwent a major remodeling recently. Orders can placed either at the counter, kiosk or the drive-thru.
There are tables for four people or just for one or two guests. The store is brightly lit and very clean. There are two soft drink self dispensing machines to pour your own drink. Staff is friendly and service was fast.
