Worst experience of my life!!! Will never be going back. Ordered through the drive through (the inside was closed) the young girl was laughing while taking our order acting silly and kept asking how many fries we would like…”5….15…wait how many?” When we only ordered one. Out of frustration I did not say a word but simply pulled away before I even paid for the food because the way they were behaving made me think they could be under the influence. I am not one to risk my food being messed with. As I pulled away, The manager Justine (if that’s even her real name) proceeded to hang out the drive through window and scream profanities at me. My mother and I pulled to the front of the building and went inside and asked for the Manager and again the same girl who was cursing at us proclaimed herself to be manager. She continued to argue with us and scream in our faces complaining that she had to “cook” our food and we didn’t even pay. As I told her, I don’t care if we pulled away we did not pay for the food but bottom line you never curse at a customer and this is coming from someone who is in the customer service industry and gets yelled at, cursed out on the daily. Justine will be reported, I will not be treated in that Manner and I’m wondering how she would have handled things if I did not pull off, took my food and complained about her staff? Smh

I would rate 0 if it was an option. I ordered $22 worth of food for the family. They didn’t give me a third of my order and special orders request were not fulfilled. The drive through lady even looked in the bag before she gave it to me and it was still messed up. Terrible!

I ordered a double quarter pounder without cheese and a 10piece chicken nugget, it took 5 minutes to order the food we wanted with no one in front of us to order. Then after I ordered it took 11 minutes get the first order, and the quarter pounder came with cheese, I took it back and waited 12 minutes and still never got the food. my son walked up to me because he was done with his meal,I asked for my money back and even that took a few minutes to get a manager, then when asked how I paid I said cash. The man at the register said umm I don’t remember. I said I just want my money back. Finally I got my money back.

Workers were very slow and unfriendly . It took them 10 minutes to process 2 small orders. The bathrooms have a horrible odor and the sitting area for customers is always cold. The rules for coupons change depending on who the manager is that day.

I love the dollar meal specials I always get my triple cheese burger with xtra cheese and no pickles my honey gets the double with bacon and pickles and fries and it’s under 10 bucks and we are ALWAYS satisfied and we come for lunch a few times a week, fast service too!
