I have not been to McDonald’s in years, but I saw a McDonald’s TV ad for a breakfast meal that looked pretty good. And it was “pretty good.” Small, but “pretty good. “
I got an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit with hash browns and a small coffee (see photo) for about $8. So, given the price, I received “value.”
However, it seems like management is worried about thievery. There are no coffee urns in the seating area, so you cannot pour your coffee or get a refill. No soda dispensers, either. And no napkin dispensers or packets of salt, pepper, ketchup, or mustard. You have to request them from the staff.

I’m here to plug the large iced coffee with an extra shot of expresso and creamers on the side. Using the app it’s 1.91 and you get points that add up to more free coffee. I’m a teacher and like most teachers, I’ve had my fair share of coffee from all over the place. This coffee is cheap and it’s really really good. Remember- adding the extra shot of expresso is key (or 2 if you’re a literal savage)

Employee at drive-thru was extremely muffled and then tried making fun of me when I tried to make sure my $6 muffin would come with a normal egg and not the liquid stuff in a bag. Solved this problem by driving to Chick-fil-A 100 feet away, cheaper, better + they don’t make you feel like you’re at the MVC

For experiences lately, the Language barrier is poor, customer service is generally good, however with the exception of a few days. Today in particular the app wasn’t working correctly and the customer service rep was rude at best. I also had an incident when I found a fake fingernail in a Big Mac.

They did away with their fountain soda machine, I asked for a one-time free refill and was denied. Other McDonald’s will give a one-time free refill.

The food was so horrible we couldn’t eat it! The burgers were reheated and dry. The fries were limp and soggy. Absolutely will not be returning!

The check-in kiosks are very handy here and it’s nice to just go straight to the table and wait for the food to come. The store was clean and the staff was pleasant. I did have to go to the counter to ask for napkins but otherwise I found everything I needed quickly.

Typical McDonald’s setup with 105 sitting arrangements. You can order online in advance and pick up, order across the counter or thru display screen. Means were served hot.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to no Customer Service new contact with the Staff horrible people in there. You’re trying to get some food and they won’t even help you in the menu. Don’t come here. They need to close this place down.
