Stopped through the drive through and got the new Big Arch burger. Service was friendly and quick but unfortunately the beef patties on my burger were straight up rare. Very pink and red. Not really into rare ground beef especially not from a fast food restaurant. Couldn’t take more than a couple bites. The undercooked meat was just too off for me.

My service was terrible and I was double charged for coffee. When I asked for a refund for one of the coffees because I had already paid for the coffee, I was told to come back later in the day and get a “free” coffee. It took 15 minutes for service and only when I went back to the counter did I finally get my order. One of the employees told me that they “were too busy”. I have yet to receive a refund for my coffee and repeated attempts to contact a manager by email, phone or text have been unanswered.

3/2026 $6 milkshake and 2 large?! fries? Do better. This was the best McDonald’s around but it’s really changed in the past 6 months. Total disappointment
9/2024. Really? No burger on my burger?? See pics. I really stick up for minimum wage being a livable wage but this is not worth $15/hr. Customized to 1 patty, not 0. I bet if that 1 was missing from the minimum wage, it would’ve been noticed. still my favorite location, but ruined my lunch today!
1/2023 Long overdue update! By far our favorite McDonald’s! We use the app which makes it extremely convenient and we will always go out of our way to use this McDonald’s bc we are almost never disappointed with our hot fries!! We have on occasion received 1/3 empty container but it happens & we’d rather have a small amount of edible hot fries than a full amount of non edible cold ones!
I paid extra for this large fry? Picture 3 (March 2020). This happened another time as well but I didn’t take a pic. Thought it was a fluke. Maybe that’s how full they’re supposed to be and the flap should be folded down to keep the heat in. Whomp whomp. Pics 1&2 (April 2020): my $10+ meal. Mountain Dew not included. I put it there so you can see how small the fry & milkshake were for my big $$! My Big Mac (no middle bun) came with almost no middle. It had burger, cheese & light sauce. I wanted a middle! No middle BUN. And small fries. If every fry container only gets a small size fry fill up- drop your prices and fill up a small for us! $10+ for that?

Now, I realize no one goes to McDonald’s for some kind of five-star dining experience. But I do feel like there should be a baseline level, sort of the lowest possible expectation of service, that no McDonald’s on the globe should go below. Whatever that point is, as low as it may be … this McDonald’s is far under. For starters, I was not given a knife and fork to go with my hotcakes. Not normally that big of a deal until you realize there are no knives or forks to be had anywhere in the restaurant. I had to wait in line for a fork. And even when I finally got to the front and asked for the knife and fork, the woman working just stared at me like I was out of my mind. She did not understand what I was asking for. Just to be clear, I was speaking plain English. I literally had to pantomime the act of using these implements. Next up, there was a hair in my orange juice. Though I am not sure whatever institution is in charge of orange juice grading would allow this pale yellow water to be called orange juice. Honestly, I should not have bothered replacing the hair juice, as the trash was completely undrinkable. Lukewarm water. The food was also lukewarm. Sandwich muffin was as hard as a hockey puck. We feel like we literally ate garbage. Bathroom was reasonably clean but there was no soap in the dispensers. Makes you wonder how the employees are washing their hands (spoilers: they probably aren’t).

This is a very good McDonald’s. Not all McDonald’s are good. But this one is. Always freshly cooked. Speedy and great atmosphere.

My sandwich had mold on it!! I get it, shit happens, you can miss things but I went inside and the manager told me it wasnt mold. I showed her and she just waved me off and told me if I get sick to just call some random number. Like?? I had already eaten half of the sandwich by that point. Disappointed.

me and my friend stopped in to get some fries and there was hair in it. and by the time we got out it the fries were cold. and his girlfriend threw up after because they put something in the sprite. don’t recommend. also there was a naked man outside and he had french fries in his trousers WARNING: it was not a french fry at all i dont recommend this at all.

My son is autistic, he loves numbers. He plays with any objects where they are. He always puts them in order and then returns them to their place. And the worker at this place was very rude to take the numbers away from him. In short, this is not a kid friendly place. Beware.

Never have a good meal from this place. Whoever owns this building needs to figure out who they have working for them. Fry’s cold every single time I order mess your burger up if it’s special made.
