We go here only because it is local. The food is usually good, compared to any other McDonald’s. However, the service here is not even adequate. Employees do not greet or smile and actually appear to be angry at customers. Like really? We are paying customers. At least say hi or thank you or have a nice day. Every once in a while I will get someone who provides top customer service and it is so refreshing. But it is rare. They need to hire a customer service coach to help these employees. Just for the record, I worked at a McDonald’s in the 1980’s. So I understand. I also recently moved back to the area after living in Texas who is known for their customer service and hospitality. Which many of them talked about how rude people from NJ are. I tried defending my state but I see it now more than ever. It is so easy to be kind. Especially when people have choices and are actually paying for their food.

Horrible service. Had to go inside and order because app crashed. Stood and waited 20 minutes before the employee could take my order. She was very polite , but nothing about this was “fast”.
