The snack wrap tasted alright. However, the advertising on the billboard stated there are “limited time” seasoned curly fries (showing a bbq and chili option). I ordered the chili and received regular curly fries. I thought it was possibly an honest mistake and went back around. When I asked to exchange them, the lady took my current ones and receipt, and then said that I received what I ordered. I tried explaining to her that there seem to be different types of curly fries. She then got (who I thought was the manager) who then told me the same thing-that there is only one type of curly fry. She said she will let the manager know though. I asked why it’s advertised because I would have just ordered the value curly fry. I did not receive my receipt back to complete the survey or “earn points.” I won’t be back.

The service at this Jack in the Box was subpar and very disappointing. Prices here are noticeably higher than what’s advertised both online and in the app, which feels misleading. On top of that, the app often refuses to accept orders for this location, making it difficult to redeem rewards or take advantage of deals. Overall, not worth the hassle.

DONT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU OR EVEN AT THIS JACK IN THE BOX ESTABLISHMENT!! Context: Me and my mother went to go to the drive thru and ordered a #19 combo curly fries Hi-C, #2 combo curly fries Diet Dr. Pepper and 4 tacos. The lady who was on the intercom could not communicate well at all in English and put in #1 combo reg. fries and #2 combo reg. fries with no tacos. When we went to the window, we instantly asked for our order to be reviewed. When we try to correct them and say that’s not what we ordered, the lady from the intercom was speaking to the manager on how she heard what was said and that we were wrong, all while smiling like the manager is going to side with her. The best part, my mom looks white but she knew Spanish. So she got on to her, then the manager put his hand up, in front of the intercom lady, and said “stop it, not again.” In the end, we are not coming back to this Jack in the Box.

I ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken, and an order of chicken nuggets. When I got to the window, the lady that was there handed me my food. I noticed she gave me 2 buttermilks, and on the receipt it said 5 buttermilk cups in total to be given. Anyways, I asked for 2 more, she gave me attitude and said it only comes with 1 each, for each order, and that I have to pay for extra. So I asked, then why did I only get 2 if I got 3 orders, and the receipt says 5 buttermilks total. She said again, “you have to pay for extra”, with an attitude of course. Once I said, the receipt says 5! She repeated again, you have to pay extra. So I just paid the extra, receipt is in picture. What am I missing?

Always something negative at this Jack. No sauces, rude attitudes, slow, and this time I don’t know why the tacos had the ingredients almost on the outside of the taco. I rather make the drive to a different Jack than going here.

An employee was super rude. I asked for extra buttermilk and after she gave me two. I didn’t mind paying extra, she was super upset. She then slammed the windows shut 2-3 times every time I would ask her for something. They didn’t hand me the receipt so I waited for her to open the windows so I can ask for it. After she handed me the receipt I asked for her name and she said she didn’t have one and shut the window again. I took a pic of her to show the manger whenever I have the chance to talk to them, she posed for the camera and after the peace sign she put her middle finger up.

I tried to order on July 21 at 11 pm and the person in charge of the shift did not want to take an order because he spoke Spanish at first, nor did he answer in the kitchen and when he went to the window he did not want to take the order either what he said were the rules of the Jack in the box company and the employee said he was the manager on duty. after that no one showed up at the drive through window. The most stupid thing is he was Hispanic trying to get a call for Jack in box corporate…
