The manager needs to get a better understanding of execution, how to lead a team and needs a sense of urgency. We waited 15 minutes for food for two people. Fries were stale, we asked for a new order and they were overcooked. We asked the manager to have someone wipe down the tables as every table was filthy and that took ten minutes before someone came. We ended up clearing and cleaning our own table. The male employee they sent to wipe off the table followed his manager’s lead – why work hard when the manager does not? He literally wiped off the tables, noticed the trash was full but strategically figure out how much each trashcan could hold before overflowing so he didn’t have to change the FOUR VERY FULL TRASH CANS. And wiping off the counter, too much to ask. This is a poor representation of McDonald’s. I have never had this experience before at any location. I lived in OCNJ thirty plus years ago and it was one of the cleanest locations now it’s a dump ran by managers who have little invested in their success and pride in what they do.

Ordering with my granddaughters app, asked for help and the ” manager” told her to ” DELETE” her entire app. If she did that, which she didn’t, she would have lost all her points. When we finally placed our order at the counter, she had 20% off reward. The cashier didn’t know how to do that, in all fairness to her we suspect she wasn’t trained. The ” manager” wasn’t very polite at all and we actually lost money in the process. Went to fill our drinks, no ice in either fountains. A Young guy cMe out with 4 large ice holders and filled one . Ice spilled all over the floor. So we’re filling our 4 drinks carefully sliding g on the floor. At this point he left without filling the ice in the other empty fountain. Apprehensive, my daughter used an app for an order in the morning the next day. My granddaughter & I drove there to get our already paid for food. The people this day were much more pleasant however, having our money would not give us our food because we didn’t have our daughters app with us. We had to drive back home, get the app/ phone which they didn’t really.look at, then gave us our food. Hence my daughter and granddaughters can have McDonald’s here. I no longer wish to go here for this coronary heart attack.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant was filthy and there was dirty water leaking from the ceiling above the soda fountain. The other soda fountain was out of order and there wasn’t a clean table to be found. The restaurant wasn’t even busy when we were there. They were out of the chicken strips that we wanted, and the food that we did get was sloppy and tasted off. The fruit in our parfaits was frozen solid. In general, the restaurant was out-of-date and worn down. Clearly, the owner of this franchise is not putting any money back into the restaurant. The entire place should probably be demolished and a new one put in its place. I would only return if it was the only place open in all of New Jersey and I hadn’t eaten in a week.

Worst McDonald’s ever they should tear it down, the lady manager is horrible as always! Big Mac I got was terrible did not even taste like McDonald’s the sauce tasted sour did not taste like a Big Mac I knew it was a mistake going there again always dirty .. besides being lazy, and the manager don’t even do the milkshake machine or nothing I wouldn’t even drink out of their soda machine even though it doesn’t work ever even if it was working I wouldn’t drink out of it wherever the owner is of that franchise needs to look into that and sell it where is McDonald’s ever in Ocean City better off going to Somers Point hope I don’t get sick tonight ugh definitely need a new manager

McDonald’s is what it is. Hit or miss. This location has generally been good. I usually go for breakfast. Sandwiches and hash browns are made consistently and hot. Service is good.

This place was like I lived in the 1800’s conditions again. It took 10-15 minutes for them to pick my nuggets and sort my bag but I guess that’s the lengths we go to for chicken. Just wished I didn’t wait so long since it wasn’t as busy but I guess 28” is the cursed number. No baddies working either

Ordered from the kiosk. Took longer to order than if I used an employee. Ordered chick nuggets and there was only one choice for sauce and not the one I wanted. Kiosk gives you a table tent so food is brought to the table. Food was never delivered. Found it at the service counter. We ordered drinks but cups were not provided while we waited for our food

sat in line at the drive through for 30 minutes (this happens every time ive been here in the past year). this place consistently forgets sauce packets or gives me the wrong ones. food is slapped together carelessly despite the amount of time it takes to get it out the window, it does taste good though i will give them that.

So I suggest everyone double check that you got your food. I had to go around drive thru 3x cause they did not give me all the order. This old grandpa said I was the problem but I am just trying to get my money worth.

Unacceptable wait time and unfair treatment despite visible pregnancy
I ordered a basic breakfast on July 2 at 10:08 AM and didn’t receive it until 10:32 AM — a 25-minute wait for a simple order. No updates or apology during the delay.
I’m 7 months pregnant, and standing by the counter or walking back and forth made the wait especially uncomfortable. Staff showed no consideration.
When I followed up after 20 minutes, a senior staff member (gray-haired, wearing a bright green-yellow jacket) argued it had only been 7 minutes. I showed my receipt, and he dismissively said, “It doesn’t matter,” when he finally handed me the food – along with one last missing item – but by then, most of it had gotten cold from sitting out.
Still no apology or courtesy.
Being visibly pregnant and treated with such indifference felt like unfair treatment.
Very disappointing experience overall, both in service and attitude.
