My “EXPERIENCE” at this particular McDonald’s Restaurant in Cinnaminson, New Jersey was NOT a great experience! I was greeted right away and did tell the cashier that I was going to post my foods on Google Maps and YELP too so please make sure you let your workers know!

Poor management. Employee was very rude when she forgot to ring in my cheeseburger. Employee said I never told her. Then mops two inches from my face while I’m eating. I got up and asked her to move then all the workers all talked $#it about me in the back. Good job, management. Way to take control.

I get that it was almost closing but if the employees don’t want to work until 11 close sooner. How did I order a McCrispy meal and get two McDoubles instead. Lord knows that those McDoubles were going to count as waste. Yet that’s what they gave me, of course I trusted the employee and didn’t look in the bag until I got home. I will be back tomorrow for a full refund. I’m disgusted with this locations disregard to a persons meal. The PERSON, who the McCrispy was for, does not eat red meat. I had to go to Wawa .

bad service food badly served and apparently it was a long time ago my order was a medium soda and the cheese was vastly missing they put it out of the bread I mean half out of the box …. I won’t come back I recommend and in case employees poor service. my order was not free and that’s how they served it to me

Everything was good besides the fact there was a group of kids in there with boombox blaring music when we got in there about 5 minutes later I asked them to lower it or turn it down they did but if that’s how you run a McDonald’s will you let anyone do whatever they want and make your other customers uncomfortable I don’t think that’s very professional

Dropped food on the ground and then handed that same food to me to serve and let me pay for it. Staff and management pretended to not know what was going on. The girl with dyed red hair asked the person in the back who dropped the food and said is this the one that was dropped? I’d like the owner to reach out to me so we can discuss further how this will be handled. At this point as this is a health issue by the state I am waiting to speak with owner with my receipt to receive my refund on food that I did not take as it is a health hazard. I called and left a message for Theresa S as the manger on duty at 6:32 pm said this is the owner. I left a voicemail and I would like a call back. I will delete this review when I hear from you. Thank you.
