It was crowded, so you think the food should be hot. The french fries were warm, I brought a large and it was the size of a medium maybe a little bit more than a small fry. Also rather disappointed because the cheese was not on the burger or the bun it was half in the box. Ask for extra caramel on Sundae but didn’t get that either.

Week after week extremely bad experinces. Since the first week of opening. I order curbside pick-up fish filet x2. After 45 mins i recieved 2 dried firsh jerky. Week after that we tried chicken nugget or rather jerky. Weeks after that we just been buying apple pies, but every time we order we never get what we pay for. I startrd using the app and order a large frappi and recieved a small one. Mulitple times we return and speak to the manager. My tried the door dash app too and the order was still incorrect. Atmostphere inside is clean so 3 stars but over all this place need some adjustment. Quality versus cost is the driving factors.

The little boy supervisor with the ring thru his nose and the girl who’s hair is never done threatened to do something to my food. So when I went inside the manager told me not to argue with kids while they were threatening me. Tried to get my money back but the district manger never responded.

Not a good experience today. I ordered food on the kiosk like usual. Kiosk said to put in my table tent number and my “deliciousness” would be delivered to my table shortly. A few minutes later a loud voice behind that counter was yelling “22” which was me. Then again, “22”…..”table 22″. I just sat there waiting for my “deliciousness” to be delivered. Finally a woman who appeared to be management delivered my “deliciousness” with a scowl on her face and no words since she was clearly agitated that I didn’t come to the counter to pick it up. If you are going to say that you are going to bring it to me then that’s what you need to do. Then, my burger that was ordered with no onions didn’t have any mustard or ketchup either and looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Observing this “manager” later it seems that she is generally a cranky person and doesn’t enjoy her job. Time to go if customer service isn’t your thing. Jus’ sayin’ ♀️

Order: 2 cheeseburger meal with sweet tea
Fries – not hot at all, grease-soaked, and ended up tossing half of them
Cheeseburgers – super thin and flavorless
Sweet Tea – was really pale when the gentleman at the window was passing it to me, so questioned if it was even sweet tea. He kindly swapped it out for a fresh batch, which was much better.
Overall, the service was better than usual for this location, but the food quality was nowhere near what was expected. Will not return.

I eat here every Thursday after my daughter’s gymnastics class. The staff here is so polite and always asking if I need anything else. The gentleman that speaks Spanish even comes over to the table to make sure we have everything we need.

Very slow when the restaurant was empty at 11:45 AM
The manager loud and laughing and joking with other employees. I needed two straws and napkins that were not on the tray and the employees just looked at me and did not ever ask what I wanted. They were not beside the drink machine like normal. When I finally knocked really loud on the counter three employees looked at me like I was bothering them. So I spoke loud and asked if someone could help me. Finally one employee asked what I needed.
Very bad customer service and the manager needs to be fired immediately and find someone who can do their job.

This mcdonald’s has truly mastered the art of slowly gaining your trust back, just to smash it again.
I get the same thing everytime, and they burned me so often in the past that I usually check before I leave the line.
Welp they got me again and I’ve had enough. I’m not sure how a PLAIN Mcdouble translates to only NO PICKLES. But atleast since I’ve been eating at mcdonald’s, plain means NOTHING on top, just meat and cheese.
Imagine my “complete surprise” when once again I bit into their nasty D grade onion mustard combo.
Lunch ruined once again, thanks McDonald’s.

Honestly I really like this McDonald’s overall, I’ve never really had an issue with anything except for some reason the staff always put the onions in the middle of the double cheese burger instead of on top. They immediately get hot and weird and change the whole flavor of the burger for the worse. But the staff is always nice and I’ve never had cold fries from here.
