If you don’t like your job that’s your choice Stop going to it – you are in the food industry and customer service industry. Both are hard I’ve been it both all my life. Thought we would stop in for our once a year McDonald’s fix simply because this looked like a unique location. Human interaction is a minimum here (kiosk orders primarily) when I got our order no ketchup packets were on tray or available by napkins. I asked the woman at the counter and she threw them at me – previous posters had problems with ketchup. I guess they have a problem with ketchup.
She seemed angry to the window guests also. So I guess her bad day was our problem. About the food : the burgers are not what they used to be however the fries were good. (It must have been fresh oil day). Overall it’s McDonalds. What else can I say. However the one staff member made it unpleasant. Glad I only doMcDonalds once a year.

I take my boys here ALOT probably once a week . Tonight Monday September the 29th pretty much all the staff who saw us in the drive thru were very strange and nasty . The only person who was nice was a women maybe Hispanic at the last window waiting for the large order we placed .

I went through the drive thru and I must say the service and food was not good at all. First the drink was missing about a quarter of the soda in it. When I got home, I tasted the fries and they tasted of pure salt. It’s like whomever was at the fry station poured a pound of salt on these fries. The burger did not taste as if it were cooked. When I called and expressed what my concerns were, it was like I didn’t even matter as a customer. This was very unprofessional. When I expressed my concern with the fries, the response that was given to me was “ok”. That was all. After I said you are going to hurt someone with the amount of salt on the fries and recommended something needs to be said the person at the fry station, that’s when the person on the phone finally stated I will let them know. I threw my food in the trash. Total waste of money! I will never step foot or go through drive thru at this McDonalds again. The people on the night shift need to be trained as to how to cook the food properly and how to salt fries. Also need to be trained as to how to talk to customers who are expressing a legitimate concern. So unprofessional!

A large bag of fries with a small amount of ketchup. The staff wouldn’t give me any when I asked, which was completely incomprehensible. I tried to talk to the manager, and they finally gave me the ketchup. Terrible service. I’ll definitely avoid this place.

Well this McDonald’s happens to be one of the cleanest and neatest and friendliest McDonald’s around most of all if you have children take them here they will love it they have an indoor outdoor parking area and it and it’s so fun the kids can slide down the slides enjoy their meal and see Ronald McDonald in the flash statue keep the kids busy in ties them out so when you take them home they’ll have a nap a long nap

We LOVE Mickey D’s cones and get one almost daily in summer. ( ( only 200 calorie and most charge $2.69. We hit 4 others in the surrounding area depending on our daily routes. On the several times we stopped here, we noticed they’re SO much smaller AND $3.19. AND they taste watered down ( not near as rich). Finally we asked a server whats the story. She said ” my manager told us all to ONLY do 3 twirls. Really? So we decided to ask the others. Sounds silly I know but come on – it’s a favorite for us.
Every other??? 4 swirls and only $2.69.
Makes you wonder how else the ” manager” is skimping?!! And if they are doing it on their own or on the order of a greedy owner?

For a nice space and location, the food was cold and the order was wrong, they resolved the issue which was basic that a manager had to do because the staff were clueless. By the time it was resolved the rest of the food was stone cold. I would not recommend.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars, I walked in this morning at about 7:30 am with my entire familt at which point nobody was at the counter, the people in the back saw us come in, did not seem interested in saying hi, we’ll be with you or anything. We had absolutely no service and walked out the door after 5 to 10 minutes of not being helped. Worst service from a mcdonald’s so so far.

Be careful when you order at night the staff there at night sometimes tend to make their own version of iced coffee. It is very unpleasant to be choking on fudge while driving because they added the fudge to iced coffee instead of a Chocolate drizzle, and going to complain to them, and that with you being disrespected and not taking seriously
