if you come to this location and they get your order wrong, just know you’ll get cursed out by the manager! i was being rushed when ordering at the drive thru for my friends & i, just for that employee miss part of the order so when i told them at the window after not receiving all of the food that i KNOW i ordered, the manager started yelling and cursing about us in the background but purposefully loud enough for us to hear, claiming we were holding up her line and i should’ve ordered it at the speaker which i did, but the employee taking the order clearly wasn’t paying attention bc she was too busy rushing me. this location has incompetent employees, especially the manager who clearly does not know how to work in customer service. we tried to ask for the managers name but they said they don’t give out names LMAO. don’t come here ❤️

I come here every morning around 6:15am and the women taking orders acts like she doesn’t see me it goes to the back. You can litterly pop the register open take what ever pocket change they have and they wouldn’t realize it until they decide to take an order

If i could give zero stars i would, the worker was extremely disrespectful, and the manger who spoke to us was equally disrespectful talking about some im sorry you feel that way. we were missing food and a drink, when we asked for it they gave us a half of a frap with no caramel then they slammed the door on us. extremely disappointing if we are paying for food and service we should receive it. and continued to say they don’t do a 6 piece meal. and asking us to pay more. honestly what the hell.

Ordered $40 worth of food. Asked for bbq sauce and ranch for our fries and was denied those sauces unless we paid EXTRA because we didn’t order “nuggets.” Got home and this what was served…. $40 and I couldn’t get melted cheese or sauce for fries. YES, I know it’s fast food. I typically don’t eat from these places but my 10 year old wanted McDonald’s so I wanted to make her happy. McDonald’s on Broadway in Long Branch has way better service, friendly and they make sure you are taken care of. Will never go back to WLB again. This isn’t the 1st time, but most definitely is the last. If I had a choice, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

My chicken nuggets were cold and they tasted like they were sitting under a light for 3 hours. They also had some black spots almost like dead bugs… or rat waste. My nieces mccrispy also had black spots and something moving inside of it. I would not recommend coming to this location. I expect better. If I had the choice I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Do better McDonald’s…

Manager almost fight me cause I asked for sauce and she didn’t gave us cups. Also to my friend she said rude words “ you look bad and ugly” just because we was on beach before. That was bad, I felt unsafe and food was look not good

Edit: after 2 years… I do not know why I keep going back here. They always mess-up my simple coffee, not sure why. I hope they get rid of management, they are sure not doing their job. Go else where.
