I went to the drive through for the first time at this one it has been a very long time, love McDonald’s! but the lady didn’t seem friendly at all. When I asked her what kind of value meal they have, she didn’t understand what I meant by what kind I said is it burgers? Is it a Chicken Sandwich and what does it come with, because I never had the value meal there before and she kept taking deep breaths, you could hear Her through the intercom. She was very annoyed that i asked her questions. If you’re going to work customer service and somebody doesn’t know and they’re being friendly , try to do your job and be friendly back if you don’t like working there , then go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Not only did they overcook the fries to the point they were almost burnt, but they also forgot to include my burger — the main item of the order. The sweet tea was disgustingly over-sweet, more like syrup than a drink.
To make things worse, the girl at the counter was openly flirting with my boyfriend while preparing the order. Maybe that’s why she forgot half of it. We didn’t check the bag right away — yes, that’s on us, instead of giving us the missing burger, they handed us some random extra nuggets we never asked for.
When we came back, we asked about the fish filet, the same girl asked, “Where are my nuggets?” at the register. My boyfriend responded, “Where’s my gas money for driving back to fix your mistake?”
And to top it all off, when they finally gave me the wrong burger — a Filet-O-Fish I didn’t ask for — it had ketchup inside, even though I never requested it. She handed it to my boyfriend with a sweet little smile, as if she knew exactly what they forgot and just didn’t care and keep smiling at him.
Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Each time I visit this location I remind myself not to go there again. I have never spent this much time waiting for food in a fast food restaurant. I also observed a male employee using ladies bathroom and not even washing his hands upon leaving the bathroom (we were sitting close to the restrooms so one could clearly hear is water or hand dryer). So gross.

This would have been a five star review however the fact that they do not give drink refills here automatically made me give this one star. There is no excuse in 2023 for a fast food restaurant not to offer free refills. This is one of the only McDonald’s in America I have been in that does not give refills. Also bathrooms are locked too. Not a good vibe here. Building is awesome but that is where it ends.

This is my new favorite McDonald’s in the entire state of New Jersey. In addition to having the friendliest staff, this super tiny store is one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. They handled my special request (check out that kickass Triple Stack) with a smile. I even got to chat with the manager who gave me some great 411 about the store and its operation. I will visit every chance I get!

I’m sitting in the parking lot, because for the last 20 minutes, they’ve been unable to make my food (which was not a difficult order). I was one of 3 drive thru customers that I saw while I was here. For a 24 hour establishment, that’s unacceptable! Also, while you wait, you get to have the wonderful privilege of dealing with the people who inhabit the parking lot.

I had to try the chicken big mac and see what the hype was about. Look, what is not to like… its a big mac with mcchicken in it. I probably prefer the regular one but this was a good alternative. It probably has some staying power on the menu. Fries are always on point too. I had to pull into the drive thru parking because my order wasn’t ready when I got to the window. I guess that is a good thing because they were making it fresh. Love Mcdonalds!

They were not busy, but it took me forever to get my food. Took them forever to take my order. Then when I finally get my food, it’s cold. Fries were stale and every thing else as well. Cold.

Horrible customer service. Cashier had an attitude. I ordered a choc shake & they don’t use choc ice cream anymore. Didn’t even taste like ice cream. I want my money back.
