Don’t ever go here sent me raw food no one answers phone for over 25 mins had to call another store for them to call the Gm and have them answers still took 10 mins to answer me then when I asked to speak to a manger the young man asked me why when I told him put me on hold and another young man go on started laughing and all at me a few times didn’t once say sorry for sending raw food very very rude someone who has been in customer service for over 16 years is very upset and we’ll never again go here! I will let corporate know as well what went on as I have recorded the whole convo as well! Very sad that I been sick for a few days and this the first thing I ate today and it came raw not like I can walk to the store take me 25 mins to walk there what a shame sorry but kids shouldn’t be working if they have no respect and if it wa a manger who answers the phone needs to be fired cause that is not how manager speaks to a customer let alone one who is upset cause you sent her raw food and never said sorry and also how is there 1 person in the store when a different person answer the phone and then someone else got on! Yes I’ll see yous tomorrow once I am done work being a wonderful customer service person very very nasty and trashy service I have never in my life!!!!!!!! In mind you I got garlic Parmesan bites there’s no cheese in them raw dough all of them all two of them!!!!!

I ordered 84.00 Dollars worth of food for delivery at 830 pm and waiting after calling 3 times and getting the run around to nthen having to have my husband go get my food at 1130 pm and it wasn’t even there never again will I order from this dominos worse experience. Everytime I order the pizza ain’t poof correctly. So now I have a pizza with bubbles in it. Then on top of that I get my order 20 mins after I order which means I got a pizza that was there already. Because if it just came out the oven like they said and I got it within 20 mins the pizza would be smoking when I open the box it wasn’t. I had to touch the pizza and it wasn’t all that hot. I kept it because I have kids that are hungry and they don’t know any better they toddlers but love them some pizza. I wish I wrote this before they started eating

This place has really gone downhill. This Domino’s used to be good and put out consistently good food but as of late all they put out is terrible food. My most recent order I ordered a large 3 topping for carryout and an order of cheesy bread. The pizza was cut terribly, definitely wasn’t extra cheese as was ordered, and the toppings were spread out unevenly. The cheesy bread was Burnt, and barely any CHEESE in the CHEESY bread! And to top it off when I call to complain I get greeted with absolutely terrible customer service! The food has been that terrible that I’m even forfeiting the replacement food for this order. I would highly recommend to avoid this Domino’s.

I understand that this is a busy atmosphere to work at , but why give your driver to many pizzas to deliver that he’s not making it on time. I had made and online order at 9:33 pm, the app said the pizza got sent out at 10:18 pm now I’m in no rush for the food , but I get a notification that the pizza got delivered , no call or text , so I called the store and the manager said that when the driver has many orders the app will automatically say the pizza is delivered , So I’m like okay , and hour goes by, I’m calling again, same thing he told me the pizza is on the way , now 2 hours go by and still no Pizza ! So I called to cancel my order and get a refund, now no one can pick up. Still getting my REFUND but very UNPROFESSIONAL .

Always order from here and food is ok but delivery service sometimes is not good, before it was that young delivery guys will bring incomplete order and this time the pizza box was completely smashed and pizza ruined, I call to speak with manager and he was very understanding and gave me a refund credit for next order hopefully I’ll be able to get it.

I got my order cold the manager is very rude I’m pregnant and refuse me a refund she lied to me saying my order was on the way at 12:30 and it didn’t leave the store till 12:45. It said it was checked at 12:03 I didn’t get it till 1:09 she hung up on me wouldn’t give me her name don’t order from this place they are rude and don’t care how the customer received they food and they are liars.

Almost every time we order from there delivery or pick up, our order is messed up, pizza overcooked or undercooked, wrong crust, etc.. This is examples of some of the issues. We call manager and get told they will give us a replacement credit (happened more than once) then when we try to get the replacement pizza, it’s an issue, noboy put the credit in the system, they give a lot of excuses and the pizza doesn’t get replaced. I couldn’t tell you how many times this month we threw away pizza and essentially $$ for the promise of a replacement. Our last order, even armed with the receipt, made no difference! No corrected pizza and they act like YOU did something wrong. They don’t even deserve the one star in my opinion.
