Just a regular McDonald’s you can find anywhere, nothing out of the ordinary. I stopped by hoping to get more Monopoly pieces but the promotion was already over. The staff seemed pretty busy, but they were still helpful and got everything taken care of. Overall, a standard but solid McDonald’s visit.

What is going on with this McDonald’s lately? The quality and consistency have really gone downhill. I ordered a medium fries and got barely half a box, more like a small. On top of that, my 20-piece Chicken McNuggets only had 17 pieces. It’s disappointing to pay full price and not receive what you ordered. Not the first time this happens. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously and improves accuracy and portion quality.

I honestly don’t know how this location is still operating like this. This is easily the 100th time items have been missing from my order. I come here often because it’s on my way home, and every single time it’s a gamble whether I’ll actually get what I paid for. Today was the final straw. I just finished a 13-hour shift, stopped to grab breakfast, and HALF my order was missing (Order BT70). Everything circled on the receipt was not in the bag. Of course, the app is useless once you leave, and the store is 10 minutes away, which means the only “solution” is to turn around and waste even more time and energy I don’t have.
I’m exhausted. I’m frustrated. And I’m tired of paying full price for incomplete orders.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern. If you can’t handle basic order accuracy, stop taking orders. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check bags like it’s their job or drive back every time you mess up.
Do better. This is ridiculous.

I went through the drive-thru on December 4 around 2:30 AM to pick up my online order which is the Grinch meal that was supposed to include socks. I checked the box and saw there were no socks inside, so I had to drive around and go through the drive-thru again. I told the employee at the speaker that the socks were missing, and he told me to proceed to window 2. I’m not sure if it was the same person, but when I got to the window, the employee asked, “How can I help you?” I explained again that the socks were missing. He responded with, “Are you sure?” in a pretty rude tone. I ignored the attitude and simply said yes. After waiting a minute or two, a woman opened the window angrily and argued with me, insisting she did put the socks in the box and that they “count them.” I repeated that there were no socks inside. It’s 2 AM—why would I drive around the entire building again if they were already in the box? The staff was extremely rude, and the customer service was terrible. To whoever manages this location, please address your employees’ behavior. It was their mistake, yet they acted annoyed and confrontational toward a customer over a pair of socks. I’m definitely never coming back.

They need new employees at window that gives you food. I ordered a large soda and the employee handed me a drink that had 1-2 inches of empty space on top. They act like they own the McDonald’s and they’re going to make a fortune by saving an inch of soda off every cup.. just fill the cup! What kind of false advertising is that? Fill the damn cup of full for every order, it happens every time at this location just fill the cup McDonald’s will still be in business if u do trust me

They cancel pickup orders from the McDonalds App once you get to the store after wasting gas to drive to location. Manager won’t even bother giving explanation and workers have an attitude. Don’t bother coming here.

I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s location for the past 2–3 years, but after my experience today (November 4, 2025, around 7:08 PM), I’ve decided not to return.

I went through the drive-thru to order a McChicken and a Sundae. However, they didn’t process my Sundae order at all. When I politely asked the staff to double-check, their response was dismissive, as if they were too busy to care about my order.

It’s not about the few dollars — it’s about customer service and respect. After years of being a regular customer, I’m truly disappointed. I honestly think Burger King or Wendy’s offer much better service and treat customers with more care.

This McDonald’s is a quick in-and-out spot when you’re local. Drive-thru usually moves pretty steady, food is good, and it’s right on the main strip so it’s easy to grab something fast. Good for a simple stop.

Stopped in around 6am. Rarely go to this location so it may have been a 1 off experience.
Location was a bit busy at times but overall quite so eat in. Place was clean and not to noisy with others eating in. Staff and Manager very friendly and attentive. Only negative and for the 4 stars was the egg McDuffie muffin seemed stale. It was lightly toasted. Inside portion soft but the outside of the muffin was a bit hard and not from being toasted.

Stopped here for a large hot coffee and was handed a cup without the lid remotely attached. Hot Coffee went everywhere – down my arm and all over my car. Meanwhile, the employee turned attention away so quickly that he didn’t even notice. I sat there for a minute until someone finally came back, asked for napkins to clean the mess up, and was handed a single napkin by another employee who essentially just tossed it at me. I waited another two minutes and finally managed to get like 4ish napkins, which was not sufficient to clean half a cup of spilled coffee. But whatever – no one asked to replace the coffee, no apology, nothing. I’ll never return to this location.
