Stopped by McDonald’s and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The service was quick, the staff stayed friendly even with a steady rush, and the food came out hot — which is really all you want when you’re grabbing something fast. My order was accurate, the fries were fresh, and the sandwich actually looked put together instead of rushed.
The dining area was clean, and the vibe felt organized, not chaotic. Whether you’re pulling up for a quick bite or grabbing something on the go, this location handles business the right way. I’d definitely return.

Even more horrible! I used to frequent it because it is up the block from my social work side gig. From leaving people waiting in the lobby while they accommodate all the drive thru/food delivery app business to the useless manager.
They have kept me waiting, repeatedly, at midnight, waiting around for a simple scoop and dispense order of fries and Hi-C that had me waiting there for over ten minutes while they were all about the GrubHub delivery crew waiting around/prioritized.

Honestly I’m not one to complain at all but I walked down 3 blocks for 2 large Big Mac combos Lgr. Got everything aside from the fries.. I only noticed when I got back home and it’s not the end of the world but it’s really annoying since we paid for it and it’s such a simple thing? I worked 10 years in hospitality, it’s such a basic thing to have staff keep on top of ?

I came here at 4 something in the morning to get food before I go to work. There were cones in the drive-through, so I went through the doors. I walked in and started placing my order on the self-service kiosks. Someone came out and told me that this location is closed…which is weird bc this is a 24-hour McDonald’s…lazy workers, I’m guessing. My thing is if this location was closed, why are the doors open?

Went for lunch. Inside there was no one taking orders and I stood there waiting and waiting, until I finally left and got in my car and went tonthe drive thru. Got my food and left. Sitting at my job and eating the double quarter pounder with cheese and noticed the top Patty is quite pink inside.
At home, when I make a burger and it’s pink inside, it’s because I want it that way. At McDonald’s I’m not even sure if it’s allowed to be pink or not… either way I threw the rest of the burger away…..

Not satisfied with the level of service. I placed a breakfast order was charged on my mobile app then I drove and arrived at the location 7 mins later to have my order cancelled and refunded. I was told someone would call me regarding my issue but never got a call back. Updated: Issued a complaint on app on 9/14/24 and like a month later they closed the complaint out. No store owner or manager ever called me back. Steer clear of this location it’s one of the worst Mc Donald’s in town. My wife decided to go to this location again and we asked for Big Mac sauce on the side for our Big Mac and they gave us tartar sauce. She wanted to go a 3rd time on Nov.30 2025 this time she ordered 2 $6 mc Double meals. Her Mc Double had hair right in the sandwich. If you don’t want to get sick stay away from this place. The management/owners don’t even call you back they don’t address your issues. This place just takes your hard earned money and give you garbage from the service to the food. And if you zoom on the 3rd picture you will see a piece of hair on the burger. So Horrible this location will never change. It has the worst customer service and workers don’t know how to read custom orders. I went in again on 12/22/25 used a promo on app and cause the cashier or mngr didn’t know how to add it I made a purchase and never received my Big Mac with a $2 purchase. I’m officially done with this location. It’s the worst location in Jersey City.and I was charged upcharge for my soda. Check your receipts everybody especially now for the Holiday Season.

Not a good experience. Went in there and computer didn’t work had to wait till it restarted. Waited over 10 mins and then when we gave the ticket to pay cash the manager asked if I had a card or singles instead of a 20. I paid at counter cause I had cash only. Then waited long for the food and he was arguing with a customer.

On 02/21/26 I have lunch with family at 1:15pm McDonald, I ordered table service. However, surprise, my name and table number was called to pick up at counter. The staff did not want to deliver our meals to table. I don’t think he was busy at all. This is my second time I made complaints to McDonald, this time, I write to Google as McDonald made no improvement to their service.

Disgusting my holiday pies are old! No dates on any of the boxes for expiration date. It was like biting into crumbs and the cream on the inside was nearly hardened and chewy. I also ordered a Big Mac with cheese! No onion and they forgot the CHEESE! in my burger. Might I add the person at the counter knew I was in a rush and late for work as well. Not sure if this was done purposely, if so that’s not the way to treat customers regardless.

I took a call from this parking lot. Thought this was a good spot to take a call from park the car in a nice section. There was plenty of parking for me to take this phone call as I didn’t wanna take the call and drive on the phone at the same time.
