If you don’t want future lawsuits to befall on your establishments, be sure your workers understand the importance of getting a customer’s order correct! I visited this location early in the morning and was assisted by a young man named José. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish. I placed a fairly large and complicated order for my Bible study group, and despite how detailed it was, José remained calm, attentive, and professional the entire time. He thoughtfully repeated my order back to me several times to make sure everything was accurate, which I truly appreciated.

He also went above and beyond by recommending popular menu items, explaining how they were prepared, and describing the flavors to help us decide. His knowledge and willingness to help made the ordering process so much easier, especially since my group can be very indecisive. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

In addition to the outstanding service, the restaurant itself was very clean, organized, and well-maintained. When I received my order, everything was correct, hot, and perfectly prepared. We were all very happy with both the food and the service.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

They never get the order right, whether it’s take out or delivery. It’s not too difficult to read that a diet coke= plain diet coke, and a large fries= large fries. The menu is literally the simplest one there is and still it’s unbelievable how they either give the wrong items or miss items from your order. Uber, take out… Doesn’t matter.

Yesterday I dined in, the customer service was immaculate. The manager Silvia was very kind and helpful, the service was quick and easy. she made sure everything in my order was right and that my visit was well ! I was helped by Angie. She was friendly, polite and made sure my order was correct. Even though it seemed like it was really busy, she stayed calmed and professional and kept things moving smoothly. Her positive attitude made the stop quick and pleasant, which is always appreciated when you’re on the go. Overall, Angie did a great job and made my visit a good one. If you’re there, ask for Angie.

Saw This & Lost My Appetite
Drive-Thru – Hygiene Needs Urgent Fix
I’ve been a regular here, but what I saw on 8/6/25 at 8:10 PM made me think twice. The drive-thru employee rubbed her nose with the palm of her hand, then immediately touched the top/lip of my drink cup before handing it to me.

When I mentioned gloves for hygiene, she just said “ok, ok” with an attitude — no apology, no replacement drink.

This is a serious health concern. Management should review the cameras for that time and make sure employees handling food/drinks — even just passing them out — wear gloves, masks, and hairnets. Customers deserve safe, sanitary service.

Why can’t McDonald’s serve hot food. This time I ate in the store. I was brought my food within minutes of ordering. The Fries, that’s right the French fries, were just warm. The sandwich was just a bit warmer. I couldn’t eat the fries at the temperature they were at. They were already to cold and by the end of the sandwich would be ice cold. I exchanged them for a new order. What a waste of food. The sandwich was already getting too cold. I was only able to eat half of it since it was already turning into a cold lump of mess. The Big Mac Chicken sandwich sounded like it was gonna be amazing unfortunately it wasn’t made well and served in an unappealing way. All this for 13 bucks at lunch made me want to leave and not return for a very very long time.

Decent, fresh, and clean Macdonalds. Very popular location. Sometimes, it gets too busy, and the crew gets overwhelmed. But the food is always hot. The dining area is large with a good variety of seating. It’s pretty busy weekend nights and mornings, but it’s usually a good vibe. The new Krispy cream doughnuts are a great addition

I ordered an Iced Mocha through the kiosk and waited for my order. After 10 min, I received the drink, it was completely incorrect — there was no wipping cream and no chocolate syrup. I informed a tall male employee (unfortunately, I do not know his name). He took the cup to fix it and added the cream, he added the whipping cream and insists this not for Iced mocha. He still did not add the chocolate syrup. I had to point out the mistake again, and he took the cup again for a second time to add the syrup. I told him come I will show you in the kiosk how iced mocha looks like. He said no no no what you are asking about it’s for caramel frappe. How caramel frappe? Then another grouchy lady came, wearing gray blouse, seems she is the supervisor. I repeated myself and she also insisted this is the correct drink. Then I showed her in the kiosk the drink and that I’m waiting for 20 min and still I didn’t get what I’m expecting. A guy get in, DoorDash guy and started to shout, that this people inside are his friend and I’m the one mistaken. This is ridiculous that this lady allowed this guy to interfere between us. I’m paying money to get what I want, I’m not getting the order for free. Very bad experience with some workers in this branch who are not welcoming the customer and they don’t care if the customer is happy or not. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It gave me the impression that some employees are not properly trained and lack basic knowledge of menu items. Hiring many staff members is pointless if they are not qualified to prepare orders correctly.

I went through a drive through and ordered. As I got to the window they gave me the wrong order. They charged me extra with four charges of sauces which I added up the charges and they didn’t total the same amount as the meal I ordered. I realized they didn’t give me a sauce and went back and told the clerk who assisted in the orders. As I drove the lady didn’t understand me and didn’t speak much of good English. I requested for the sauce and she was charging till I made her realize she didn’t give me a sauce. When she gave me the sauce it was already opened and the sauce spilled on my hand and lap. I asked for the manager and she had an attitude that I had to pay for the sauce. I showed her the sauce that was given to me and with the attitude gave me another one. I called to confirm the managers name and a woman picked up. I asked in a nice manner the name of the manager and they answered with an attitude Paola and I asked her are you the manager and she said yes. One make sure the attendants are on point with the orders and two as a manager you shouldn’t give a nasty attitude because I was not in no form of being rude or anything. Your location needs to hire people that are professional.
